Enjoyed a lovely stay here during a trip to Dublin. The location is well positioned to walk to all major attractions, great pubs, and local shops. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable with a nice restaurant and bar that also stays open late. Rooms were very comfortable and services great.

The restaurant and bar closed at 9.30pm. I had a check-in after 9pm. And for a passenger travelling on an early flight 7am breakfast is too late. It wasn't worth using my points or globalist upgrade as I didn't get anything for it. Lovely rooms although the sink did not drain. Nice staff. Safety is Good. The area around at night is not safe. I'm from this area. I stayed for breakfast and I love that it's not a buffet. My eggs we cold though.

Hyatt Centric at the Liberties is a beautiful hotel. Very accommodating, clean & the food was great. Cocktails were delicious. Kitchen closes at 9:30 so that's a bummer if you're looking for a late night snack. This hotel was right by Church of Christ, St. Patrick's Cathedral & Dublinia. A short walk to main attractions & most bus tours!

Good location. Friendly staff. Nice bar. Good food. Good size rooms. Definitely would recommend.

Would love to give this Hyatt a better review but their system/staff made some errors that were minor to mid inconveniences & prevent it from being an effortless stay. First issue was the afternoon tea we booked for 4 people about a month & half in advance. I had to do this by emailing the manager who handles events & getting availability then securing the time & date & filling out a form. This took a few days & some emails back & forth. When we arrived around 2pm for check in because we had the tea set for 3pm I informed the counter staff who were very confused about what it was we had booked or how much it cost. I was supposed to pay for that at check in so that was a critical point of contact especially since I wasn't sure of the process. I was charged just 20 euro each which was half of the advertised rate so something seemed off. We walked over to the bar area & were approached by a server who we informed we were there for a pre booked Mad Hatter tea service. He asked us to have a seat in the lounge while he fetched the manager on site. About 5-10 mins later Lisa (who was wonderful) showed up & apologized that the system never accepted the reservation request (which would have been input by a staff member after the communication via email). Since the tea service is quite a production there was no way the chef could make it happen that day. We were fine with accepting the service on the following day & she made it happen & it was lovely & well worth the full amount (which I was charged at checkout). However if we had been on a tight schedule or not had the time for the rebook it would have been missed. The second more significant issue was that I received an email around 4:30am the day of checkout informing me of an upcoming check in the same day & then checking out the next day. I was confused as we had been here three nights & were leaving that morning. Nothing had been communicated about a second booking & I had not made one. I stopped by the counter after breakfast & showed the email to the attendant who confirmed a second booking & been made with my name on July 25th. My original booking we had completed was made the 14th & I had not done anything else. I showed my emails & account info where there was nothing showing a second booking until that email I received early that day. Apparently a customer with my same first & last name had booked & somebody had retrieved my loyalty number, email, & other info & attached it to their booking. I'm not sure if I would have been billed for their accommodation but it was an error that should not have happened in 2024 with so much specific personal information on file to identify guests. Last error was a 95 euro overcharge for the room. Not sure how it happened but at checkout they pointed it out & said they would handle it. Otherwise the hotel was clean, located in a decent spot nearby to things to do & the breakfast was good & well staffed. Afternoon tea is well worth doing but make sure it's booked & actually confirmed. Props to Lisa who was excellent & addresses the issues she could.

On our trip to Ireland this month we stayed at 9 Hotels and this Hotel was the Best One. I would stay here again. Excellent safe area. Around the corner from St. Patrick's Cathederal. Around the corner from all the On-Off Tour Buses Stop. Easy walk or quick taxi to all the famous Pubs in the Temple Bar area. Superb staff--they even stayed calm dealing with a crazy American--me! Seriously--you will not find a better staff in any hotel anywhere. The manager who checked us in gave us the Best local recommendations--we can't thank him enough--he was spot on. Excellent breakfast for just 15 Euro a person with unlimited servings of some things. Comfortable quiet clean modern functional rooms with Air Conditioning. Now--I mention Air Conditioning here because this was only 1 of 2 hotels out of 9 on our trip that had Air Conditioning! And let me tell you something--summer in Ireland is not fun without Air Conditioning in a hotel room we found out many days...Not fun! And a fan won't help you either with that humidity. Wish list: 1. Larger beds--The Irish like Twin beds when you ask for 2 beds in a room, but we American's are used to 2 Full or 2 Queens. 2. Bath/Shower bar soap. They had little sink bars that we used to shower--but we would have liked larger Bath Bars. We don't like liquid soap at all! Maybe keep some bath bars behind the counter for guests that ask? I would have even paid for a bath soap bar. How about a soap bar dispenser? We had to go to a grocery store and buy soap bars. 3. Ultra contemporary shower control is confusing--I don't know if you can change it--or maybe put some instructions on it. It should be more intuitive--wasting too much time and water trying to get it right.

The staff were very nice and professional. Great central location to everywhere. The breakfast was good so be sure to get that with your room and the pictures show how nice the rooms are. I'll highly recommended this location if you go to Dublin i'll definitely be back!

For the price, my hotel room smelled awful and it was super noisy from the HVAC outside. I would take the noise of Temple Bar over that. I wasn't really impressed with the decor. We arrived from an overnight flight at roughly 9:30 a.m. and they were still prepping rooms but they stored our luggage and recommended a location to grab something to eat which was very good. Upon returning about 45 minutes later our room was ready and we found the room to be meticulous with a very comfy king bed, mini fridge, tv, and ample size bathroom. I saw a few other reviews that stated the bathroom doors would not stay open but I learned that is by design and we just asked for an extra towel that we used to prop the door open when needed. It serves to point out that the entire hotel is under a complete remodel so many of the rooms and features of the hotel are shinny new. They do offer breakfast in the morning and for the evening they do have a restaurant and bar. Just walk out the front door if you want a livelier crowd and more restaurant options The location of the hotel is prime as it offers proximity the River Liffey, plenty of shops, pubs, and attractions. We walked to the Jameson (25 min walk) and Guinness (30 min walk) factories as it also gave us the ability to take in things along the walk. You are close to Trinity College and both St Patrick's and Christ Church Cathedrals. lastly, I cannot say enough about the staff, Anne at the front desk was a warm and inviting pleasure and very professional, Marvin the concierge and bellman was super helpful and pleasantly informative, the house staff was attentive and always looking to make sure we were comfortable. The Brooks comes with my highest recommendation.

If you come prepared, they have a concierge and a genealogist on site to help you find your ancestors from Ireland. Many famous people and politicians have stayed in these walls as well. That said, this was a truly special time of year when they're getting ready for Christmas! They took such care and were meticulous with their decorations. It was delightful to come home to each evening. Experience: 1. They will tidy your room everyday 2. Turn down service begins around 6 pm (they will get your slipper, robe, bed, water and chocolate ready for nighttime) 3. Their small guest room includes a king size bed that is superbly fluffy. 4. The deluxe guest room has a deep tub for soaking Staff: The entire front desk staff is very helpful, welcoming and efficient. Marta was especially helpful and kind throughout my stay! As for the porters were just right with their assistance. I did always feel bad that I had not gotten any Euro on my trip, but I will mention Karl was fantastic! Always helpful and nice to talk with. Michele in the health center was informative and helped me find all of the rooms for their current gym as it's under renovation. Facilities: They have a 5 star spa on site that includes one of the best relaxation rooms I have experienced in the world. It's the view and seating that make it amazing. They give you a blanket, fruit, spa water -- all while looking over st. Stephen's park... bliss! (I went on a rainy day which added to the ambiance) The facial with Elemis product was my favorite. PRO TIP! if you're from the states and liked Elemis, there is now an Elemis outlet store at Kildare Village, which is a short train ride away. I made it there in 35 minutes. DINING: Again, 5 star experience and the restaurant is always packed. Chef makes superb food and I thoroughly enjoyed the room service of fish and chips. TONS of fish, perfectly battered and fried. If I could give the shelbourne a 10 out of 5 I would.

It is in a convenient location nearby many tourist attractions, such as Temple Bar, Dublin's castle, St Patrick's Cathedral, etc. it was also a short walking distance to our car rental pick up at St Stephen's Green shopping centre. We booked this hotel for the first day of our trip. We arrived in the morning so our room wasn't ready for check in yet, but we were able to drop off our luggage in the lobby. This made it easy for us as we could continue exploring according to our plan (we took a 30 minute train ride over to Howth right after dropping our bags). Coming back to the hotel around 5pm, our room was ready and we were able to nap a bit before dinner. The superior room we booked was located in a renovated section of the hotel and had access to a shared outdoor patio right across from our hotel room. We didn't have time to use the patio but it was spacious and it seemed no one was using it whenever we passed by. Our hotel room was very clean, large (great for us as we had plenty of luggage) and we had two complementary water bottles in the room. We had breakfast the next morning and it was buffet style. There is a section if you want fresh made omelettes. Lots of variety I think but I stuck with the classic Irish breakfast items. So delicious and fresh! Check out process - we had a bit of a hiccup as I had given my credit card for authorization for breakfast charges when I checked in. The staff was asking for my credit card again which confused me as I had already paid. Despite the confusion, the service at Radisson was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel for fellow tourists!
