We've stayed at this hotel several times and the folks here are the main reason we return. Our recent stay was in room 302, notable bc they can get 4 adults in the room, rather comfortably. Our daughter stayed a month or so ago on a stopover in Dublin en route to a summer session in Galway. The staff looked out for her and we felt like this hotel is very safe. Great location. There is a cafe connected that does a wonderful breakfast ranging from full Irish to yogurt and muesli. They helped us get an oversized cab for the airport. Highly recommended. read more

A wonderful hotel near the heart of everything in South Dublin. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. The room was small, but efficient. Our room overlooked the alleyway. We happened to hit a warm streak and had the windows open to cool off. A little noisy until the pub downstairs closed, but nothing like closer to Temple Bar area. The ladies at reception were absolutely wonderful and helpful. I'd totally stay here again if I come back to Dublin. read more

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as Stephen's Green and some museums. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were efficient and good. The room I had included a bed, desk, desk chair and small table with chair. Bathroom amenities included body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There were big towels, hand towels and wash clothes. The bed was comfortable. Staff were responsive to emails prior to arrival and willing to help. I would stay there again read more

We spent three nights at this hotel. The location is excellent - within walking distance of Trinity College, shopping and tons of sights in the historic part of Dublin. The hotel staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful, especially Emma and Amy. The rooms are cozy. The bed was ok - a bit firm. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room that does not overlook the street. There is a lounge immediately below the front rooms and there were people under the window until 2:30 or so each night. Leaving the windows open is almost required in the summer, so that made getting to sleep a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, great hotel. read more

I was shocked to see how big and clean our room was for the price we paid. Excellent location as well because it wasn't noisy like the Temple Bar area was, however still right in the middle of the city which was minute walks away from it all. In fact, downstairs is a restaurant/bar that I rate as my fav pub in all of Dublin called https://www.yelp.com/biz/p-macs-dublin. Most places in Dublin (like most of Europe) won't have Air Conditioning so if it happens to be on a warmer day leaving your window open at night is a must. This hotel was perfect for our family to stay in 4 triple rooms for 5 nights while attending a wedding and the festivities. Great that is was close to the wedding venue but also loved how they were centrally located to restaurants, bars and shops. More importantly is that the staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed and comfortable for our stay. I knew of Emma and Fiona through the many changes that we made through email and they were wonderful in assuring us of details and accommodating those changes. Also a plus was PMac's restaurant attached to the hotel as it was convenient and had great food including room service. read more

My three girlfriends and I stayed at the Drury Court Hotel for 3 nights. It was a great location!! Just a walk away from great pubs and restaurants. The Hairy Lemon was right across the street!! My partner and I stayed here after originally planning to stay at a hostel. Our experience was amazing! We booked through hotels.com the day we needed to check in (because of the hostel we were originally planning to stay in). We were amazed at how close to everything it was. We chose the option where breakfast was included with our stay. Our room had a double bed and a twin. It was clean, and everything was excellent. Our bathroom had amazing water pressure and was probably the highlight of our stay. Breakfast was great. Since we booked breakfast in advance, we had both the hot and continental breakfast included. Both options were delicious. The hotel staff was great and gave us great recommendations for food, as well as transit to the airport. I would definitely stay here again! read more

A good place to stay if you're on a bit of a budget. The WiFi in our room did not work, which is a bit difficult when on vacation. Yelp had a special check in and get 10% off deal, but we ended up in some kind of weird argument with the front desk because we were apparently required to call them to get this rate, and like most people traveling, our cell phones did not work. At one point they said we could cancel our reservation, find a payphone, call them to make the reservation again, and then come back. We pointed out this was absolutely crazy and eventually they just gave us the discounted rate. Once this unpleasantness was behind us, it was quite a nice place to stay. Out of all the accommodation that came up on hotels.com, this one happened to be significantly (and suspiciously) less expensive than most. Have no fears about the cost somehow reflecting the quality - my stay was excellent! This is a great little budget hotel with a fabulous welcoming front counter staff. I arrived a bit early for my room, but they were happy to hold my bags behind the counter so that I could go and explore the city. I didn't even have to ask for them to store my bag, as I typically do at most places. It's about a 5-7 minute walk from the Temple Bar area, which is just far enough so that you can get some sleep at night! When I did check in, the room (a single) was perfectly sized for one person. It was nothing flashy but clean and it did the trick. Plus, fast internet, good hot water / water pressure, QUIET despite my room overlooking Drury Street, and - most important - a wide selection of tea in my room (with biscuits!). Also to note is that the best bar I visited while I was in Dublin - P. Mac's - is connected to this hotel. It has great food and a phenomenal beer list. And of course, great craic! read more

Great location and spacious rooms but that's as good as it gets , rooms very dusty and staff not very helpful if you've got issues. I dealt with manager and they were very rude to me and didn't seem to care about customer service at all. They sent me private emails and basically called me a liar so that was enough to keep me from ever going back , conditions of rooms needs major updates too. Look elsewhere folks. read more

Really great hotel in the heart of touristy Dublin. I stayed here as a single traveler and everyone was so very accommodating and allowed me a slightly later checkout when I asked nicely. I had a bedroom that faced the street so got a lovely breeze and some street noise that was quickly abolished with the almost sound proof window. I had a room facing the street and didn't hear a thing at night, so perhaps those reviews were outdated or the reviewers had exceptional hearing. The price was low, but the rooms were VERY small. This hotel has a fantastic location! I stayed at the hotel for a little over a week. I was able to reach the majority of the tourist spots within a 5-15 minute walk and in those instances where public transportation was needed the bus stop was right around the corner. Everyone I dealt with at the front desk was courteous and helpful. They went the extra mile to help with all of my inquiries or requests and I appreciated their help and/or recommendations immensely. The cleaning staff were polite and helpful as well. The few drawbacks I saw were that the decor was a little worn and the bed wasn't bad but not as comfortable as I've experienced elsewhere. Overall, considering the price, location and customer service experience I would consider booking them again in the future. read more

Solid all around. We chose this place for three reasons 1) Locations 2) Parking 3) Free internet. The location was fantastic, close enough to everything without being on a loud street. The parking was extremely convenient. It would have been nice if they'd let me reserve it in advance so there was no risk, but they had a spot for us when we got there and it was right around the corner and reasonably priced. The free internet worked on my friend's iPad but not my laptop for some reason. Still it was free internet that actually worked. All in all, it covered all our bases for a reasonable price. Great hotel in a fantastic location. The staff is really helpful and courteous. We were a family of two adults, two teenagers in a family room. One double, one single and a pullout couch. The pullout had a really thin mattress, but my son didn't complain. Room was a bit noisy at night with the partiers, but to be expected considering the location. Breakfast was very good and the staff in the dining room were excellent. We picked up a rental car upon checkout and were able to park in front of the hotel on the narrow street for 1/2 hour as we checked out & loaded up. Recommended! read more

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in the Drury Court Hotel in Dublin recently! The location is fantastic, located right in the heart of the city. Stephen's Green, Grafton Street and Temple bar are all just a few steps away. There are lots of restraunts and bars just outside also. The staff at reception and the "bia bar" are very pleasant and friendly. The food in the bia bar is excellent and resonably priced. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. If you want a pleasant stay in the heart of Dublin city then the Drury Court Hotel is definately for you! read more
