This was cut on a deli meat slicer.no professional meat cutter would do this unless they are going out of their way to Robb the customer.

Horrible I've never seen such horrible meat prices I sent my son there to buy meat on sale he returned with two steaks and spent fifty dollars.you could see through the so called steaks.i don't know of any store that's cuts steak so thin.

I love this Hy-Vee even though it's a little further away from the closest one to me in Plymouth. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a huge candy area and beauty area. I love the fuel saver program. I went to fuel up and paid less then $3 a gallon. Parking is plentiful.

Dollar aisle - lots of good deals on this row

Another beauty from Hy-Vee! A little different footprint, but easy to shop and a comfortable feel throughout the store and liquor store too. I liked the dollar and price drop aisle near the front, many choices available there too. No restaurant, but ample specialty foods and a nice sit down area to eat. If you like sweets, there are plenty of choices in creative treats as well as traditional candies. Produce is smaller than Brooklyn Park store, but was easy to navigate and had tables for more Of the displays. There's a bath section that has a deep and varied selection that should serve almost anyone's wants and needs. An excellent selection of cards and accessories. The only thing I didn't look for there was post cards... next time I'll check that. Worth a visit!

So cool presentation of this Hy-Vee: see my pictures. Classy presentation of food and shelf items. I needed help and two young people jumped to help me find my lamb chops : very expensive , I did not buy (tonight), But I bought angus beef. Nice parking. No businesses around except this place. Suburbiaaaaaaa hahaha. I experienced the wind electric rotary fan turning at high velocity: very cool and inspiring to get the same to my future home. Oh and distance socialism and one way corridors were really new to me.

    The menu.

We have been fortunate that HyVee has arrived in Maple Grove. I know it is hard to operate in this current environment and applaud the company for its effort during the pandemic. Part of HyVee's cachet is the restaurant and bar. This area needs to be improved. They have one outstanding bartender on staff named Lisa. However, if Lisa isn't here, the bar generally goes unstaffed, and the manager isn't trained on bar operations nor are they even familiar with the menu. It's fun to walk here from my home, grab a beverage and then pick up items to bring home. It seems this place is designed expressly for that purpose. I would suggest that management get trained on the products and services, and that they get familiar with restaurant operations. Key to any successful bar is to maintain consistent hours of service. Also, I suggest they do whatever they have to to retain their lone outstanding bartender and to mount a serious search for more staff. The wings are usually good, but with Lisa not here they must have their eye off the ball. See photo. The whiskey selection and beer selection is amazing when you remember you are in a grocery store. But if no one knows what to do with it it's a bad investment.

Cake I asked to replicate vs what I received for $30

The photo I Showed the bakery and asked if they could replicate vs what they game me.... and charged me $26 for They were super nice taking my order and said they absolutely could replicate this giant cupcake cake..... well it was a good effort but not sure I would ever recommend using the bakery to do something other than something super BASIC. I also asked for a baby teal frosting

Maybe I'd like this Trader's Joe more had I not visited this place a day before New Year's Eve. The lot was busy with folks coming and going. I don't enjoy shopping with so many folks. This plaza also had a Whole Foods across from this store. Maybe I need to return when folks are more relaxed and less frazzled. I hit the grocery part of the store first. I love the bags of snack-sized apples. They are perfect, yummy, and crisp. There were bags of blood oranges. I decided to get a bag. They were also yummy. Lemons are cheap at Trader Joe's. I got a couple of them here. I was happy. I also got some flavoured sparkling water. I love this line. No sugar. The fruit flavours are yummy and vast. I haven't even had a quarter of these flavours. I got to the checkout area and the man there was so nice to chat with. I paid with a credit card. Done! He bagged everything and wished me a nice evening. I did the same thing and left. I ducked into the booze section for the first time. I wanted something light and yummy for New Year's Eve. I found cheap bottles of prosecco. Yes, please! There were bottles of strawberry and raspberry rossini, and peach bellini. I got a bottle each. The man at the counter was great. There was a female customer who basically interrupted my paying for my items by saying, "I'm sorry, but I love the red wine here." Are you really sorry? I frankly didn't care about your opinion. I don't think the male staffer cared, either. It was so random and odd. I thanked the man and left with my precious items. The weird woman then got to chat up a storm with this man. I felt for him. I rang in 2024 with the peach bellini. It was bubbly and had the right amount of peach flavour. It went down nicely -- perhaps too well. I had two glasses of it, which basically emptied this bottle out. A few days before I was to fly back home, I had the other bottle after I returned to my hotel room after a Wild game. Same deal. The strawberry and raspberry flavours were perfect. I loved the bubbles. I would get both flavours again. I don't know if this prosecco line is a seasonal offering. I hope that these bottles are heaven are available year-round. They were delicious and cheap at $6 each. The items at this store are great, which is the case at any Trader Joe's. It's the crazy parking lot and an oddball customer that wasn't. I hope to return when it's not the end of the year and find out if my experience will improve. (22)

There were over 10 people in line and only one staff taking returns. I complained to the manager who told me that other available staff are at lunch. Walmart needs to stagger the lunch breaks of their employees. I asked the manager if he could help and he said no, too busy elsewhere. The fellow ahead of me said it really takes a long time for money orders. There's too much going on at the service center. There's returns, money orders, bill pays, stamps and who knows what else? One employee cannot handle all that with so many people in line and expect the line to keep moving. Generally, there's a lady that wasn't there this time, who needs to chat it up with everyone, which that further efficiency. Fine if there's nobody in line, but that staff does not need to go on and on about her life. The staff that was there this time was focused completely on her work, but for various reasons, including that customers try to return things that shouldn't be returned and refuse to move on, take up a lot of time. There was a woman ahead of me that needed to return something from the marketplace, and was told that the marketplace machine was down and has been down for 3 1/2 weeks. That woman was nice and just left, however, rather than having wasted 15 minutes in line, Walmart should've posted a sign at the beginning of the line that no marketplace returns are available at this time. Seems to me that Walmart doesn't care how stressed out their employees or their customers get. Waiting 15 minutes in line for a lot of people is difficult. Not everyone has the physical capabilities that are necessary to stand comfortably that long, some people have back problems. Etc. When I got done shopping and looked over at the customer service area, 20 minutes later, there was still a very long line. Customers and staff deserve better .
