Jesus did a wonderful job! He was timely, worked efficiently, and offered great feedback and knowledge on our AC units. I would highly recommend Jesus and HVAC Royal Service. read more

I was referred to them by my best friend, who had a great experience. I signed up for their maintenance plan, and Jesus has been excellent--friendly, professional, and thorough. He handled my winter maintenance well, and I recently had him back for the summer checkup. It was clear the previous homeowners hadn't maintained the AC units--they were filthy and both needed a deep cleaning ($100 each). Jesus performed extensive testing on the units, which was much more detailed than what I was used to with Four Seasons. He found a faulty capacitor, showed me the readings, and explained everything clearly. I even double-checked the process on YouTube, and everything he said and did checked out. Overall, he's honest, hardworking, and provides top-notch service. Highly recommended! read more

They came out quickly and were able to service my unit well. I like that the tech took his time and made sure I was set up for the summer.

HVAC Royal responded to my inquiry extremely fast, and were able to service us next day. Great communication from Fiorella for scheduling, as well as the tech that called to give me an update on the progress and explain the issue in detail (they were servicing at my rental property). Will def use them again - highly recommend! read more

I got a quick response to my inquiry and scheduled for AC service without any issues. On the service day, Jesus called ahead and checked if he could come by earlier than we scheduled which was great. Our ACs needed a deep clean and a general check-up which he did efficiently. I felt like he was being honest with how the units were performing and I wasn't being pressured into any unnecessary upgrades or fixes that I didn't need. I really appreciate that very much. The cost was reasonable and I will definitely keep them in mind the next time we need HVAC service. read more

HVAC Royal Service was responsive and professional. I called and an appointment was set up. The day of scheduled service I received a phone call from Jesus informing me that he would be arriving in about 20 minutes. Once he arrived an assessment was done on my AC unit and furnace and it was determined I needed a deep clean on the AC unit. Jesus broke down the unit and throughly cleaned it. He checked the Freon which was within limits. He noticed I had a broken connector on my AirePlain furnace humidifier and said he would be ordering me a new part. All in all I was happy with their service and attentiveness and will be using Royal Service for my fall furnace check up. Thank you! read more

Very responsive. Jesus helped clean our furnace motors and made sure they are running well.

I scheduled an AC maintenance appointment with the vendor. I found this vendor through Yelp. On the day of the service the vendor wasn't able to get access to our roof in our Condominium building. I was access a $75 fee for the visit and the technicians said I may not have to pay another fee upon the return. I paced a few calls playing phone tag and spoke with a representative. The representative informed me that they would call me back with some dates and times they could come to finish up my service appointment. I never received that call back from their office. I sent a message over Yelp messenger and I was able to reach someone from the office. The team was able to service my AC and provided future service recommendations. PS. I was not charged for additional visit to complete my AC maintenance. read more

So my furnace was acting up at the worst time...last Sunday when we hit negative degree weather! The furnace would turn on but shortly thereafter stop blowing hot air and only cycle existing air. This was happening all day. Late sunday I reached out to a few HVAC services. Received reponses from all but selected HVAC Royal due to their earlier availability and competitive house call consultation rate. Rogelio from HVAC royal came through on Monday afternoon, patiently troubleshooted the furnace and resolved the issue. It was a stressful situation given the conditions but they were great at placing my mind at ease, as they came through on short notice, had great communication throughout the process, and most importantly revolved the issue on first visit. 6 days later our furnace is going strong! I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call in the future for any HVAC needs. Highly recommend them. read more

Amazing company , if you are looking for reliable honest and integrity service this is the gem you're searching for . This business values its customers. The owner is an amazing person. I recently had some concerns and he himself came out to make sure everything was okay. read more

I mistakenly contacted this service so this is mainly on me. I was calling so many HVAC pros I simply didn't double check who I got a call back from. Overall: Jesus came and identified the problem but did not fix it and insisted to sell me a thermostat I didn't need. After a diagnostic run of the furnace resulted in confirmation of the unit working. He let me know it was the thermostat not communicating properly. We checked and it had a bent wire but he didn't see that and fix it, he tried but did not take his time to ensure proper alignment so they were still bent when he left. I didn't argue with his diagnosis and easily paid but I still feel that good service would have been to fix the unit. Real fix I had to actually call Sensi and they confirmed to straighten the wires on the Sensi to get it working again. read more

Jesus is the best! Has helped my family with our hvac for years. Honest and knowledgeable!

Royal responded to my request for an estimate within minutes and were at my property within hours to look at my broken 20 yr-old AC. Jesus got up on the roof and made an attempt to salvage the old unit, which ultimately turned out to not be salvageable. When it turned out that it needed to be replaced, Royal gave me a very reasonable price to replace both the AC and the furnace (also 20 yrs-old) and scheduled the job for the following weekend. From the time of the original request, the entire replacement was completed within a week. Jesus and his team coordinated a crane to my home, swapped out both pieces and had everything up and running within a few hours. My new system runs quietly and efficiently. From start to finish, Royal was responsive, informative and professional. I highly recommend them. read more

Jesus installed new ducting for a range hood in our kitchen. I think this is outside of his typical work and it was made very tricky by the weird shape of the cabinets the ducting needed to run through. Nonetheless, the work was done perfectly. Jesus was awesome-- very communicative, tidy and professional. As a relatively new homeowner I'm getting to know a bunch of contractors for various jobs, and Jesus is the best of the bunch. We'll be going to him for HVAC future stuff for sure! read more

Jesus came to repair my A/C today. He was very courteous and professional, and took the time to properly diagnose the issues, explain to me clearly what the issues were, and provide advice on a few things. HVAC Royal came to help when our HVAC unit started leaking water onto the floor. They explained the step-by-step diagnostic plan, and helped me understand the root cause of the issue was far upstream from the apparent problem. Importantly, they came out within about 14 hours of me first requesting information. A week later everything is working great. read more

We love Jesus and the HVAC Royale team! We've gone to HVAC Royale for our maintenance needs of our then-18 year old AC unit and our 20+ year boiler since we bought our house 3 years ago. They are super responsive and efficient. We also did some research and believe their prices are reasonable. We recently replaced our AC unit and Spacepak and Jesus and the team were great. We've had the system for a few months now, and it works great. We'll continue to go to HVAC Royale for all our HVAC needs. read more

Typical tale of furnace motor goes out mid-August and living in Chicago it's also your source of cold air. I sent out a few messages on yelp about needing a new HVAC unit and Jesus responded right away. We chatted for a bit, he sent me the HVAC unit number they had in stock and a more than fair estimate after I shared a few photos with him. This was all on a Thursday and him and his partner showed up Monday morning - even confirmed Sunday night which I appreciated. They could have even come Saturday by I was busy. Jesus and his partner were very professional and installed our new system beautifully! Our new unit has been running like a dream and can't wait to see it in action this winter. I'll definitely be using HVAC Royal Service for other heating/cooling needs and I highly recommend them. read more

HVAC Royal Service - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

Very good service, easy communication and knowledgeable tech. Reasonable pricing, compared to many other companies I called.

Quick response time. Reasonable prices. I'd highly recommend contacting them for any AC work you need done.

I had them come and service a total of 5 hvac systems. They were easy to schedule and prompt. I wanted them to look at a few other issues I was having. Overall they serviced the HVAC and I think it was fine, they told me I needed a few other items that I paid for. I had an issue with air/heat distributing in my home evenly and they could not suggest a resolution which was fine but noticed after they left the vents they looked at had dirty hand prints which I do not appreciate. I also told them the HVAC was making a rumbling sound which they also could not fix or determine. We realized after they left the vent just needed to be tightened but they did not determine this in their own while they were here. Lastly; it's a few months later and my AC is not functioning properly and was told I need anti freeze but if it was serviced properly earlier this summer this would not be an issue. For the cost/value would not use them again. Now I need someone to return again after it was just serviced. read more
