I can't wait to have it again and the lobster roll was packed with meat, not filler sauce and other items with small pieces of lobster. Our only "bummer" was it seemed the fish and chips were not something they made but came from a frozen package, that was a disappointment since their other menu options were from their own recipes and what we tasted our first time, was beyond "food truck" good! : ) definitely high restaurant quality and flavor. We hope they will keep coming back to Mountain Cowboy, as we really want to try the Maine Poutine, chili and more clam chowder!

Chef Mark had a steady line of folks ordering, was able to keep up, and best of all-the food was outstanding! As the neighborhood party planner, I can attest that Mark was super responsive to all communications. He checked in prior to the event to ensure that our neighbors with food sensitivities were going to have what they required. And, the day of the event was easy to work with. He brought his crew (his adult daughter) to assist. She was delightful:-) 5/5 stars for sure!

Leading up to the wedding, they were super responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. At the wedding, Ryan and his team were incredibly friendly and were a hit! I received so many compliments from family and friends about how much they loved the Mountain crust crew. The staff was on site early, helped with setup, and left the venue as clean as they found it. They made a point to make sure the bridal party and parents were fed at all times throughout the day. Our guests can really eat and they fed everyone with ease! Every guest was able to get warm, fresh pizza and Mountain Crust didn't stop until everyone was satisfied and full! Despite having 160 people, they were incredibly efficient and guests did not have to wait to get food on their plate. When it comes to the food, their apps, pizza, and cookies are delicious!! They asked about any food restrictions as they're flexible and can accommodate any guest's needs, even if it is for a single guest. I would give them 100 stars if it was an option.
