I'm a mustard potato salad guy, and the potato salad here is the opposite of that, if there is such a thing. The beans were undercooked, plain and simple. That aside, I am not a fan of the way they were seasoned. We tried all 4 barbecue sauces and liked 3 of them - BBQ, Medium, and Hot (which isn't very). BBQ was our favorite.
