We've gone almost a dozen times, and the food is always great! Our favorite is the daal and samosas.

Sorry this is a couple weeks behind but feel like it was worth writing…read more.. I always judge an Indian restaurant by the lamb vindaloo, and this one was incredible. Perfect balance of flavor and heat, and they even made it extra hot for me without me asking this time. We came in for our second visit and the guy working recognized us from before and remembered I like it spicy, so he told the kitchen to kick it up a notch. That kind of attention is awesome and the result was easily the best vindaloo I've had in Colorado. My wife had the saag paneer, which was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, and the kids ordered butter chicken, which she absolutely devoured. Always a good sign when the kids' plates come back empty. The food is fantastic, the spice levels are legit if you ask for them, and the staff clearly care about their customers. We'll definitely keep coming back. If you like real flavor and real heat, this place is a must.

We recently dined in for the first time and it was a fantastic experience. The owner knows my spouse from us getting take-out and he was so excited that we were dining in. He was so friendly and made us feel so welcome and special. I got my usual vegetarian korma and my spouse tried their chicken biryani. We also got some chai and the owner insisted on giving us a small order of naan. It was DELICIOUS! I tried a bite of my spouse's and it was delicious. My korma was amazing, as usual. And the naan! It's good regardless but I highly recommend getting it if you dine-in because it's crispy in a way that getting it as take-out diminishes. The chai was so delicious and I wish I knew how they make it so good, it's never that good at home. I hope we can dine-in again soon. It was such a great experience.

I had the most amazing lunch here a few weeks ago! They have a few lunch combos - biryani,…read moreIndo-Chinese, or curry. My lunch buddy and I both decided to get curry combos, where you get to choose an appetizer, a dal, your curry, naan, and dessert. Oh, and it comes with papadum and rice. It was so much food! We could have shared one combo and both been very satisfied, but at least this way we were able to taste more things. In my combo I had: chicken momos, desi dal, a chicken curry (I forget which one - it was the one the server recommended when I said I preferred mild/medium spice), rosemary naan, and gulab jamun. My friend started and ended with the same appetizer and dessert, but otherwise chose the dal makhani, chicken vindaloo, and garlic naan. We both had chai to drink. Everything was so good! I have to say that I was glad to have asked for mild/medium spice - it was right at the edge but not over my tolerance level. If there was a reason not to share combos it would be because we'd fight over the momos - it was a good thing we had 2 orders. Both dals were tasty, but I think I will stick with dal makhani in the future. I wish I could remember which curry I had because it was unlike anything I've tried before and delicious. I had a taste of the vindaloo, too - I enjoyed the bite I had, but with the spice level I couldn't have eaten a whole serving. The gulab jamun was the best I've ever had - completely soaked through with the syrup giving it the most delightful texture. My lunch buddy likened it to homemade. The service was helpful but not overbearing - offering opinions on the menu when asked, checking in to make sure we were happy, explaining a little bit about regional Indian food (eg the inclusion of Indo-Chinese on the menu), etc. It was nice that the owner stopped by to thank us for coming in, and that our server kept the chai flowing. I could have happily sat there drinking chai and enjoying the calming ambiance (on point with beautiful blue walls and light fixtures) all afternoon if there weren't the small matter of having to go back to work.

The food was tasty - staff friendly. I chose this restaurant because they designated items in their…read moremenu as gluten free. My only complaint is that everything we ate made my child ill. She ate the butter chicken, rice and mango lassi. And has been ill all night. As a celiac it's clear when food contamination makes her sick rather than simply not feeling well. I hope that you will do better by your patrons - you would never mix veg and vegan. Take that same consideration into keeping gluten free items truly gluten free, or simply pull them off your menu.

I've eaten here twice now. Portions are generous. The owner is very accommodating. They make…read moreeverything from scratch, so they can make modifications. Last night, I went with a friend who has a lot of food allergies, so it's tricky. The host convinced us to try an appetizer that neither of us had tried before - and probably won't try again. I'm sure younger people like it. It was the samosa chaat. It came out looking very different from the picture on the website, and had a lot of raw onion, which doesn't sit well with either of us. So, that was a miss, at least for us. But the main dishes were very good. My friend had chicken saag to which they added some extra vegetables. I had vegetable korma, in which they threw a little bit of chicken. We also had garlic naan. I had a mango lassi (delicious), and my friend had chai. All tasted wonderful. We requested mild, and we received mild. That doesn't always happen at other restaurants, but it did here, and for that we are both grateful. We hadn't asked for dessert, but the owner brought me a carrot, milk, and spice dessert with a candle in it called carrot halwa for my birthday. It was odd to look at, but delicious. I was just so full! My friend had some kind of reaction with her throat and neck, but we just sat there for longer, and it calmed down. We suspect it was either too much dairy or perhaps there's a spice that didn't agree with her. We don't blame the restaurant, and I'm glad they didn't rush us out of there. Namaste is accommodating for special diets and friendly. Their deep fryer separates meat from vegetables. The atmosphere is fine. Nothing really fancy, just welcoming. I'll be back.

Great food and service! The spice levels were made to order and just right. We will be back!read more
