Himalayan Bistro is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is amazing and the service is always great. Dawa and Tashi's dedication to excellence is evident in the care they take in preparing such delicious food. We've never had anything here that wasn't top notch. Some of our favorites are Dal Soup; Vegetable Samosas; Vegetable Pakoras; Vegetable Momos with Achar; Vegetable Thenduk and Vegetable Himalayan Curry. It's all so good!

One of my favorite meals ever!! The dal soup is delectable, as is the chicken tikka masala - my dad and I often share it and there's always plenty. The buttered naan bread is also fantastic. The atmosphere and service never disappoint either. :) [Feb 27]

Our grandson wanted to come here for lunch. Since we were in town for Christmas and his birthday, he got to choose! Although it is not the type of food we typically eat, we took the plunge. I am so glad we did! Our lunch was very tasty, different and great! Certainly, it was different for me and it was very good. We had wonderful service, and had a wonderful lunch together. Highly recommend! I will bring him back in the future!

Tried this restaurant on my daughters recommendation. It was great. We had two little ones with us and the server was very helpful and accommodating. It's very clean and comfortable. There are several tables and booths inside. A great little bar to sit at and a small outdoor area for nicer weather. We ordered the dumplings as an appetizer and they were very good. Had the chicken tikka masala and the Korma with Chicken. Both dishes were served with rice and we ordered garlic, cheese nann. It was all very good with good, rich flavors. Service was friendly. A great lunch. Will definitely go again.

Food is spectacular. I sat outside on a busy night and the service was excellent. Love this place. Get the chicken tikka masala. Be sure to order it, spicy. The flavors all come through with very little heat.

This was so good. We tried four different entrees from the menu, and we loved them all. The portions were huge. I would come back here!

One of our favorites places in town. Delicious food. Great service. It is not fast but well worth it. Kids love the Dal soup and Momos.

Love this place! It…read morewas a hot summer evening in Greeley, and cooking was not on the menu. I was a tough sell on Indian as I haven't really ever enjoyed it. We have since eaten there four times! TLDR - We've not had a bad dish! Chicken is always lean and tender. Spices aren't overbearing at all. Not terribly different than other Asian cuisines (in a good way), just a new mix of flavors. We usually like to each order a dish each and share family-style and share a dessert because they are all very unique and delicious. Stuff we've tried: Vegetable Samosa - it makes me a little sad when I have to share these. They are crispy on the outside and stuffed with a mix of delicious vegetables and spices. The dips you get are worth keeping the rest of the meal. Pakoras - Indian chicken nuggets. Spicy and delicious. I want to try the veggie some time. Masala, Makhani and Saag are different in their own ways, but all have a wonderful flavor with lots of sauce for your rice. The Tandoori is Earthy and spicy and is my newest favorite Naan - Flatbreads to nosh on their own or scoop up extra sauce. Are all delicious! Butter is a great start, but adding garlic makes it even better. Kheer rice pudding is my favorite dessert. The Banana Pakora was a unique treat.
