This place is very nice on the inside, and the waitress we had was great. We always had water and she consistently checked on us. I got the chicken biryani and it was good! Definitely a large portion with enough for leftovers. If you want spice, even the hot isn't very spicy, but it is still tasty! The curries came with both rice and dal so that was great! What a unique and wonderful meal! Four of us for dinner and we had a charming server and excellent food. The portions are huge. Even for big eaters who never want to share huge. But you also want to try different things! Our table had the Hamalayan Curry with chicken, the Himalayan Curry with lamb, the Thenduk stew, and the spinach with paneer. Plus momos and naan apps. Rice pudding dessert. Way to much food but lunch covered for a few days. Spice level was tasty and moderate per ordering "mild". Service had a few slooooww bumps so they gave us daal soups. Excellent. Its cozy, white tablecloths, definitely a dining experience not a quick stop. We will return. read more

Our grandson wanted to come here for lunch. Since we were in town for Christmas and his birthday, he got to choose! Although it is not the type of food we typically eat, we took the plunge. Tried this restaurant on my daughters recommendation. It was great. We had two little ones with us and the server was very helpful and accommodating. It's very clean and comfortable. There are several tables and booths inside. A great little bar to sit at and a small outdoor area for nicer weather. We ordered the dumplings as an appetizer and they were very good. Had the chicken tikka masala and the Korma with Chicken. Both dishes were served with rice and we ordered garlic, cheese nann. It was all very good with good, rich flavors. Service was friendly. Yum! First time in believe it or not, and I have been missing out! Daughter and I came in for lunch midweek afternoon. Service was fantastic - friendly and informative. Our server answered questions and checked in on us regularly. We shared the chicken tikka masala entree and the Himalayan curry entree, both spiced "medium". Each came with a starter of lentil dal soup and a side of rice. We added garlic naan (naturally) and a chai tea. Hot for me, iced for her. The chai was such a nice treat before the meal. Spiced and satisfying. The lentil soup was amazing. Once our meal arrived, we scooped out some of each entree and took our time to savor the flavors. Add a piece of naan (you get 4 triangles per order) and you've got yourself a delicious meal! We saved enough for us to each have a smaller second meal. Total price was $49 before tip, it I also added a rice pudding to go and we'll get two meals out of it, so that's a win in my book! read more

This place is in a shopping center that has range of food choices that we visited for a weekend l7nch We were promptly greeted and seated. Very courteous and polite staff. We started with drink of Iced Chai, Mango Lacce, and Organic green tea. All were very flavorful. The lacce is great for cooling some of the spice in the food. For appetizers we had: Chicken momo: Indian dumplings which were different as they had curry which my daughter didn't like much but we enjoyed. Garlic Naan: not over cooked and visible pieces of garlic, can't complain about the sauces either. Samosas: decent size, they come as a 2 piece. Entrees: Kids Chicken fried rice: uses basmati rice and can select spiciness which my daughter selected mild but she enjoyed it. Himalayan Curry Chicken: good amount of chicken, a unique combination of spices but a great taste. Selected a medium spice which was not too hot. Coconut Curry Chicken: as with the other a good amount of chicken, a nice combination of the spices and coconut as to not have either over power. Overall a good Indian restaurant although not top for us since we compare it to Indian Bar and Grill in Chaska, MN but definitely worth a try. read more

And if you have a group what fun it would be to try several entrees family style. Suggestion for lunch: If two of you, you might share an entree so that you can order two appetizers (like Papadum and Shrimp) and two of the Mango ice cream (so creamy.) Wow! Our experience tonight for dinner was AMAZING! From service to food to drinks, we were absolutely blown away. We ordered two cocktails to start (with the help of our lovely server as to what would be sweet/ refreshing/ strong etc) We ordered the gingered peach margarita, and the pomegranate rose martini, Which we both liked and would recommend. Then we ordered momo which are dumplings and though I didn't get a picture, they were good and again would definitely recommend. Next came our meal and second order of drinks. We ordered the Himalayan curry with chicken - 5stars! (They even ask you your preferred heat/spice level) our second drinks were the blue pineapple margarita and the non-alcoholic mango flavored LASSI which they explain is An authentic Indian drink that satisfies your sweet tooth, Try it after a spicy meal for a cool treat. My son liked the Lassi but not as much as my partner and I. It was thick like a yogurt drink and a tiny bit savory like it had tumeric or spices in it. Okay - the soup... (served before dinner) it was so friggin good! We even asked our server if we could get a quart to go home My son (4) was pleased with his order of cheesy naan. Met friends here for lunch, while they had been here before, I had not. The interior is very clean and well portioned. Our waitress was very friendly and on top of service. Food was absolutely amazing!!! I had the Paneer Tika Masala, also tried my friend's orders, the Chicken Tika Masala, the Biryani, and Tandoori Chicken which had huge pieces of meat! It all was delicious! Mine, so rich and creamy, with a touch of sweet, medium was the perfect amount of heat for me. I am looking forward to returning. Way too small of a restaurant, horribly trained staff (every single one has an attitude), and the food (not even very good or authentic) is WAY overpriced. Went here for a small birthday gathering and was given a table right next to the kitchen... so odd to place a table right next to a major walk-way for staff. Asked for another one, the host rolled her eyes and gave us another one. But it gets worse. We're all seated next to these high school or whatever girls who wouldn't stop staring at us. They must have been insecure about how they were dressed and smelled. Disgusting... we left before we even got our drinks. Go anywhere else for the love of God. Terrific food and service! I had the Momo dumplings (beef) and they were delicious -- the meat had a great flavor by itself, and the dumpling skin had just the right amount of "chewiness". Add in the "achar" sauce, not too spicy and full of flavor -- a great dish in every way. My spouse had the Thenduk stew (with lamb), with a flavorful broth and tons of veggies and meat and just a little spicy. The service was just right, not hovering but very attentive.
