I wrote to them explaining the type of catering we needed and they never responded. I guess they don't need the business.

This is hands down the best smashburger in Denver. The burger patties are crispy on the edges. The bun is soft. The sauce is yummy. The pickles are pickling. But for real, the pickles cut the fat of the burger really well. What is also SO delicious is the garlic aioli that you dunk the fries in. Like YUM. Not for those who do not garlic. I absolutely LOVE garlic and I can say this is some of the best garlic aioli I've had in my life. I still think about this garlic aioli. So I think I'll be getting myself some Twans Burger again very soon...you should too!

Drunk and even sober - this is hands down some of the best smash burgers I've had in Denver. Not to mention crispy fries and the most garlic of garlic aolis. I was skeptical coming here when my friend suggested it but man was I blown away. The patty is thin and crispy - just like it should be. With no frills ingredients that just work under the melted cheese. I'm not even a burger fan and a dream of this place. The plus are the fries and sauce are just as good. A small menu but what they offer they do amazingly well - and service is quick! Would I come back: yes and yes and so should you.

I've been to the farmer's market at the Denver Federal Center for 3 straight years and never have I had so many lunches from a single vendor! lol. Their lobster rolls are to die for: I've checked with a coupld of friends who are from the east coast, and they said the lobster rolls from this food truck are as close to the real thing as Colorado can get! All the offerings from East Coast Joe's are a bit on the pricey side, but are definitely compensated by quality, here's a list of items I've tried in the order of most favorite: - Lobster Roll: very refreshing, every bit is full of lobster meat. The bun is very buttery and the right amount of crunch. I so want to finish trying the different items on the menu just so I could come back and have more lobster rolls, lol - Pulled pork sandwich (I think they lovingly call it "Stick A Pork In It" or something like that, cute name): not as big as I expected, but the pulled pork is SO tender, and instead of being smothered by BBQ sauce, it is topped with a garlic aioli, rich and buttery; then plump bacon strips (no kidding, their bacon is really good); then arugula. Incredible flavor - Lobster BLT: because of the bacon, duh - Lobster grilled cheese: good quality melted cheese, but I much prefer just having it alone (and put the lobster meat in the lobster roll!) - Lobster sliders: mini and cute but you can't survive on just these alone, so might as well get the lobster roll - Shrimp roll: I guess I'm not a big fan of shrimp in sandwiches, especially if there's the option of having lobster in it! I was told they also make a good sausage sandwich, haven't had a chance to order that yet, and I sincerely wish they bring back the homemade chips. Great job Joe and the nice lady whose name I have yet to ask. Please come back to the DFC next year!

I was with a good beer drinking (and brewing) group and since I am not really a beer drinker I was sure hoping for good food. And I got it. I ordered a Sunny BLTA but without the cream cheese. It seemed like there was already plenty on the brioche roll and with the sunny side egg it was moist on its own. The lettuce was arugula, my favorite salad green, and there were several large slices of fresh tomato and avocado on the roll. The bacon (two huge pieces) was cooked just right for a sandwich, chewable and not hard. The grilled roll was nice and soft so you could keep the big pile of filling intact while holding it. I would get it again in a heartbeat. The staff was very friendly, happy to customize my sandwich though very busy. I appreciated that they delivered the food to our table without us having to wait around the truck. I hope to see this truck again at some other event I might get to in the future.

My favorites are The Lloyd (sausage + cherry peppers), and The Shroom and Chive. If you are a pickle fan, you must get the pickle pie. I tried it once and it was fun but because I am not a pickle fanatic, it was a one-time thing for me. It also doesn't hurt that it's located inside one of my favorite local breweries, Cerebral Brewing. I would recommend coming at opening to ensure you get a table especially if the weather isn't perfect and everyone is fighting for an indoor table. Bonus - Both Outside Pizza and Cerebral Brewing are also on inKind! I would be a regular at both spots even without inKind perks, but it definitely doesn't hurt to get cash back + be able to apply coupons to both places. Both my friend and I solidly ate half the pickle pizza each - it's not just a novelty flavor, it's definitely something you can eat for a full meal (assuming you like pickles). I should probably come back and try their more traditional flavors.

PS, don't sleep on Gold Point either when in RiNo. It's a cool kids club spot with a large patio and great drinks! Anyway, back to Sauvage. I tried a few things and they're worth raving about. The Bayou Fries are BANGING. These seasoned fries doused in herbs, crispy shallots, cheese and a creole sauce are addictive. And for $9, an insane portion of them. Definitely get these and split them with someone you don't hate. A few hours later I ended up ordering the burger and it hit the dang spot. I forgot to snag a pic of the menu (and the burger itself) so I don't remember all that was in it. Plus, I may have had a cocktail or two...ANYWHO a great burger. The most notable thing about it is that they use grass-fed beef. ON a food truck? Hell yes they do! Best part of all this was the [assumed owner/chef] and the entire crew working. It was a busy Friday night on Larimer with prime weather and their ticket times were extremely efficient. I love watching businesses in their element and they seem to be seasoned vets.
