No follow-up call, no meaningful apology, and no effort to make it right after leaving us scrambling to feed 100 people with 30 minutes' notice. Mistakes happen. Forgetting a confirmed catering event is a serious one. But failing to take any responsibility afterward is what made this experience particularly unacceptable.
