Before dinner, I happened to be at the High Times Dispensary across the street, which overlooks Water Grill. When I mentioned to my budtender that I planned to eat there afterward, he told me he sees fresh seafood deliveries arriving every morning. That only increased my confidence and excitement about the meal. I started with a dozen Baywater Sweet oysters from Hood Canal, Washington. They were outstanding: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly sized. Not overly large or difficult to eat, just clean, delicious oysters that showcased their quality. For my entrée, I ordered the halibut, and all I can say is wow. Just take a look at the photo. It was beautifully prepared, incredibly flavorful, and absolutely worth ordering. The only reason I'm not giving Water Grill a full five stars is that the service was a bit slower than expected. That said, the food itself was easily five-star quality.
