The sales associate was patient and understanding and helped me to navigate the many different kinds of shoes that they sell. I tried on MANY pairs, before deciding on their fresh foam x shoes. I am leaving a review regarding one of the mall security staff members, Nickolas Seymour. This…read moreyoung man helped me change a flat tire on a rainy evening, Sat 19, when the road construction zone (exposed manhole cover) slashed my rear tire and damaged the front wheel and wheel cap. Nicholas saved me because it was after 9pm, mall was closed (for the most part), and the carjack was unstable and my car could've fallen down on top of the jack if it wasn't for his fast reaction in placing the lugs back on and lower the jack in time (uneven surface caused the instability of the jack). He asked me to move the car a bit farther on a flat, well-lit space and replaced the tire with the spare tire. Thank you for being such a great person who stepped in to help in a dire situation.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable handling of a serious fraud issue…read more I contacted this store after discovering unauthorized credit card transactions made at this location. I reached out for assistance and was directed to the security team by help desk. The help desk was very rude and disrespectful. They requested my credit card information and phone number, assured me that someone would follow up, and then completely failed to contact me afterward. A customer dealing with thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges should not be ignored after providing requested information in good faith. At minimum, I expected basic communication, professionalism, and accountability. Instead, I received no update, no explanation, and no follow-through. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this store's customer service and security response. I hope management reviews how fraud-related customer concerns are handled, because leaving customers without any response after asking for sensitive information is unacceptable.

The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond. I typically work with two regular sales associates, depending on who is available when I come in, and both consistently provide outstanding service. During the holidays, they also offer beautiful gift wrapping upon request, which is such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend Saks Fifth Avenue. No matter who assists you, you can count on professional, attentive service. I also love the wide range of brands they carry, which makes it easy to find something suitable for any budget or style preference. A consistently excellent shopping experience!

I've never wanted to give a 6 star review before. But the Diamond Vault of Troy deserves it…read more They offer customer service like no other retail establishment I have ever experienced. Here's what happened, in a nut shell: my son found a jar filled with old costume jewelry when we were renovating our cottage. He had been begging me to take him to a store that buys gold to see if he could get some money for it, but I knew it was all crappy costume jewelry. Finally, I agreed and added a couple of very small pieces of my old gold jewelry so he would get some money for something. My son found The Diamond Vault via Google. I'd never heard of it. Well, we went in and they treat us like royalty. (ugh, I wished I'd dressed nicer!) The friendly woman (Laura?) took her time going through each piece, explaining the machine, etc...and concluded with less than 1 g of gold. She took her note and the little pieces... and Mr. Timothy Mayer came back in with a little stack of bills. He praised my son for his instincts and gave him cash including valuable $2 bills to keep as an investment. He also gave him a wonderful lecture on investing (as well as giving to others, eg. donating his costume jewelry to a charitable thrift shop) and showed him around, including silver & gold coins and rare $500 and $1000 bills... It was riveting and my son soaked it all in. (I think he's going to start collecting coins and investing in metals!) The staff at The Diamond Vault of Troy has at least 2 more lifelong customers and advocates! They are nothing short of remarkable.
