Two registers open on a weeknight. Waiting behind 100 people to make a return since they charge you to return online. - Inside a clothing retail store, several shoppers are standing in line, waiting to check out or make returns. The store features racks filled with various clothing items in different colors and styles, including dresses, jackets, and accessories. The ceiling has bright, evenly spaced lighting, and the floor is made of polished tiles. The scene captures a busy shopping environment with customers engaged in browsing and waiting.

Ordered shoes online and had shipped to the store since they charge for shipping. Waited about 25 minutes middle of the day to pickup my package. Huge line downstairs and two people working the registers upstairs. A few other employees floated around without acknowledging customers. When I got to the front of the line, the cashier said you never have to wait in line to pick up a package. Put up a sign duh! Customers don't know this and there is NO ONE around to help you. This store was in disarray and not anything like other Zara stores I've been to around the country. Security sensors going off consistently during my visit. I took the shoes home to try on since I ran out of time waiting in line. They didn't work, so sadly I needed to go back to the store. They charge you to ship them back. Saw the line to checkout downstairs was almost to the front door and about 100 people. Ran around to store to find all the other registers are closed. I get in this terrible line and proceed to waste 45 minutes of my life waiting. I will never shop here again. Ever. Not online. Not in store. Worst retail experience ever.

Clothing items such as shirts, pants, and jackets are piled on a display table in a retail store. The table has a lower shelf with shoes visible underneath. The store environment includes other clothing racks and displays in the background.

Looks like a messy thrift shop. You walk into the store on main floor and it's a horrible mess, no organization, clothes over racks, on the floor, tables complete mess. Upsetting as I do really like Zara, I've only shopped in a Zara out of country and California, moved to mi was excited to have a Zara near but was disappointed upon arrival. I can't and don't shop at this Zara, impossible.

Man Poncho FTW. Weeeeee!!

So Michigan Farmer typical,, a shop like this would get low reviews because it's totally ahead of the "Farmer" type fashion curve. You don't like the clothes nor the prices here,, yes please do go and shop at 21 Forever or better yet at Navy Old because I'm sure you enjoy shopping surrounded by people who wear Real Tree to go out. Do stay away from my shop because you're way too basic. Ok,, so!! Now that I got that out of the way let's get my review on. First time I came across Zara was when I was in Japan on a business trip. I fell in love with this shop because of their fashion forward pieces. Looks and feel expensive without the designer high fashion tags. Plus I remember buying from Zara because the wasn't a store in Michigan. So I can rock items unbeknownst to basic farmers. Therefore I win. Now that it's here, I still shop here. Just because every Zara is not alike. American Zara have different pieces than European Zara. Plus the clothes fit better in general. This place is dope, I always stop by to see what's new here. Most of the time I end up buying something too. Associates are really nice and extremely helpful as well. Thank you so much for reading my review. I hope this helps with your decision making experience. Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!!!

Why does Zara have low ratings??? I'm always excited when I get to go to a Zara store. They don't have stores in every state, so this is the closest one regionally. I don't typically shop in their brick and mortar stores; I usually look at their products online. Their clothes are honestly expensive, but they don't make a lot of each item. Their stuff is also a much more wearable version of what's on the runway. Some of it looks like trendy stuff, but you can find some great unique pieces that no one else has. They do have sales. They usually aren't extensive, but you just have to keep checking back every once in a while. They have men's and kids on the second level. The line wasn't long. Only a handful of people in line, but with one guy at the register he was pretty quick.

Terrible customer service. They don't give a shit either. Cheap clothes though. You're better off buying online.

This BB is part of Somerset South. However, it has its own entrance (big plus). It has two floors and a classy, refined interior. Dress shirts and ties are on the ground floor. One thing that immediately distinguishes this store is service. You don't feel like salesman prey when you walk in here. However, the staff is quite knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Amy, the person who helped me, explained that the store has only non-iron shirts in stock but offered to order the non-non-iron kind for me free of shipping cost if desired. After doing my homework on the BB non-iron process and cloth, I decided to try the shirts. Nevertheless, Amy said that she didn't want me to be unhappy. She said that I could wash one of the three shirts I bought, try it on and return the three shirts for an exchange if the washed shirt felt bad (happily, it did not). That's service! I recommend this BB store to those looking for a quality, un-harried clothes shopping experience.

New job, formal company, so since arriving in MI mid-March of this year, I've spent more than $5,000 at this Brooks Bros. One $200 sweater I purchased came back from its first dry cleaning with 3 visible marks where the fabric had torn away. I took it in today simply to swap out and (without even looking up my account history!) was confronted while waiting in line at the register by a guy who looked at it and immediately told me to go pursue reimbursement from the dry cleaner!! I told him please let me get to the register so you guys can look up my account, and he got more firm with me that they're not going to do anything for me. What a flawed business strategy by a high-end retail chain. My money will be well spent elsewhere going forward.

Fun fact, May is busy. Weddings, prom's, Bar Mitzvahs... it is all happening. Walking in a week before prom, I was concerned we were SOL but as long as we were ok with the traditional black tux, Sam's could make it happen. This was actually our first choice. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was busy. After wandering around, it appeared a line was forming so we lined up. However, after a few moments, a younger women approached asking how she could help. She measured, wrote up the order and and cashed us out in less than 10 minutes. She explained what the next step would be and we were on our way. I have tagged his mom and grandma in for pick up but based on past experiences with my boys and the efficient from last Saturday I have every confidence everything will be fine. TBH I have no idea how they compare to other tuxedo places, pricewise, but I think they have a great selection and the customer service is clearly a priority. Now that I am done with dressing young men for prom I will have to find some black tie events for my husband to take me to. :-) They have a very nice selection of mens clothing and they might do alternations, although I am not sure if that is just for purchase from them or if they take outside work as well. A+ customer service! Highly recommend.

The store is not very big but there is an infinite number of choices. Tailored clothes are usually more expensive than their off the rack equivalents. However, Claymore's prices are on par or better than competitors. Once you buy tailored clothes you never want to go back to off the rack. It may be the only choice for people who can't buy off the rack without looking like they are wearing their father or little brother's clothes on. Every man should have at least one tailored piece of clothing, it really makes a difference. Atmosphere can be a little intimidating if you don't know some of the terminology so make sure you Wikipedia some.. The staff will do the rest will make you feel at ease. If you are not sure what you are looking for, let the staff know your style, where you intend to wear them, and how often. The staff knows what they are talking about and will lead you to the right choices. Tips: 1) Wait for store or seasonal sales which they have all the time. 2) Register with them and you will get coupons in the mail. 3) If you can afford it, ask for the "bespoke" collection. They cost more but the quality is commensurate with the price. 4) Take advice from Charlie, Mike, and the rest of the staff. These guys are up on the latest trends, styles, and fabrics. 5) If something does not fit right, speak up. Claymore wants you to come back. 6) Colors, patterns, and details can all be tailored. First of all when you walk in, there is no one working. I can totally understand why now. When you walk in, no one will greet you or ask what they can help because they are too busy chatting with each other. After some struggles, I purchased a foundation that was not the one I wanted originally and the sales told me that I can return it if the color was not matched in 30 days which was clearly stated on my receipt Then, I decided to not want that foundation because of the color mismatch and I had an allergic reaction from the color match in store I sent it in the mail to that store and I waited for 2 weeks for their reponse. They basically ignored me until I call them 2 weeks later to ask about my status of the return. All I got after that was "honey it takes at least a month." so I waited. The next day they called me back and accused me of using a lot of the foundation and how they could not return an used item when I didn't even open it. She said they had a way to check it but the foundation bottle is colored, not transparent. I tried to explain to her about how I didn't want this to begin with and she pressured me to buy it and I had a serious allergic reaction from it. She basically said there was nothing I could do and we couldn't return. I said can I talk to your manager and she said yes she will call me back the next day. Not only they didn't call me back, but they just automatically shipped me back the defect foundation and called it a day I will say I am very disappointed about this kind of inconsiderate customer service from a well-known high ended department store. Please save your piece of mind, DO NOT EVER GO THERE!

Easy in, easy out as I knew exactly what I wanted and they had it. Got my third pair of Vans Old Schools. I still have my camouflage ones but the the black and whites are long gone, having served me well. This time I went for the blue with white trim - two shades of blue even - a style I've always wanted. They're not as matchable as the black ones but they're sure sharp. The store had lots of other great tones in that style, too - pastels, multi-colored, etc. They didn't have the exact shade of Kelly green that's the other pair I've always wanted but there's plenty of time to restock. This was my first new pair of shoes in three years! $70 wasn't bad at all. They last pretty long. Generally I feel like Converse are a bit overrated while Vans are a bit underrated. They are super friendly and helpful in the store. They also promote their customization process in case you do the find the perfect shoe. My daughter looks forward to customizing some shoes in the future. I also like that if you buy items online, you can return them to the store instead of going through the hassle of mailing in the product. So far we have not had to use that service, but it makes ordering more convenient for me if I know the ease of their return policy. I enjoy their fun character ware. Right now, they have a lot of Simpson's merch. They have great Jack and Sally shoes for spooky season and beyond. They seem to have fun and unique designs. Currently they are taking precautions with limiting the number of people who enter the store. But they still continue to keep up the same energetic fun environment.
