The store is not very big but there is an infinite number of choices. Tailored clothes are usually more expensive than their off the rack equivalents. However, Claymore's prices are on par or better than competitors. Once you buy tailored clothes you never want to go back to off the rack. It may be the only choice for people who can't buy off the rack without looking like they are wearing their father or little brother's clothes on. Every man should have at least one tailored piece of clothing, it really makes a difference. Atmosphere can be a little intimidating if you don't know some of the terminology so make sure you Wikipedia some.. The staff will do the rest will make you feel at ease. If you are not sure what you are looking for, let the staff know your style, where you intend to wear them, and how often. The staff knows what they are talking about and will lead you to the right choices. Tips: 1) Wait for store or seasonal sales which they have all the time. 2) Register with them and you will get coupons in the mail. 3) If you can afford it, ask for the "bespoke" collection. They cost more but the quality is commensurate with the price. 4) Take advice from Charlie, Mike, and the rest of the staff. These guys are up on the latest trends, styles, and fabrics. 5) If something does not fit right, speak up. Claymore wants you to come back. 6) Colors, patterns, and details can all be tailored. Don't be afraid to ask. For example: Most of my sport coats have some kind of unique lining and people always notice. It does not always cost more.

I asked about the return policy as any informed costumer should. I was told another costumer walked in after me wanting the exact item I did. If I planned on returning the coat she'd prefer to sell it to the other lady. I completely respect an owner wanting to make a sale. My dad told me about this store so we decided to give it a shot. The store is crazy busy inside because they have amazing deals. Even though it was busy, this gentleman measured him and got him in a suit so fast. He tried on another blue one with a slightly different color and chose that one. The gentleman told him to pick out any ahirt and tie as well. We weren't sure what the price was so we asked. He said it was $139 for the whole suit, tie, and shirt. The only additional charge is any alterations. It only cost $15 for the alterations though. He said it will be ready on Wednesday for pickup any time. We are so excited. The process was super easy and fast. We will definitely be back to get more.

There was something about the outstanding reviews of Crown Custom Clothing that drew me in. I decided to bring a bridesmaid dress here that was probably 2 1/2 sizes too big. The dress is strapless and had a mini train that I wanted cut to match the rest of the dress length. When we first got there, Mohammad wasn't there so I started to get nervous with the other worker. He was trying to pin the dress to fit me and it just wasn't working out. I could tell he was getting frustrated with pins popping out everywhere and it seemed that he didn't work much with dresses. He ended up calling Mohammad and put him on the phone with me. Mohammad said that he was on his way and would be there shortly to take care of everything. The minute he walked in the door I felt at ease. You could just tell he knew what he was doing. He also gave me a discount for waiting. I was already going to give him a yelp coupon, but it was a nice gesture anyway. He had my dress altered and steamed exactly 2 weeks later. I tried the dress on which fit PERFECTLY. It felt like a custom made dress and looked beautiful. He did a wonderful job. I also wanted to comment on how friendly Mohammad was. I brought my husband and 3 year old son both times and he engaged my son both days. That obviously had nothing to do with his craftmanship but it always makes for a more pleasant experience when people are happy and friendly. I would definitely recommend this business. I can't speak for how he tailors custom suits but I do plan on taking my husband back there for a custom suit in the future. I highly recommend Mohammad and will take my business there again.
