I don't know that I will use Jaus again because of this (outside of what I now have to spend with them) ... beautiful dresses, but there are many other companies out there with dresses just as beautiful that refund your money. I do know that as a consumer its on me to know the return policy, but even the most restricted policy I have come across gives you 10 days and money back. For me, not an ideal company to order from.

I believe the young lady named Sosa (I may be mistaken on her name) was incredibly sweet and helpful--she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of while shopping. At one point, I even found myself helping a couple of ladies in the fitting room with dresses to try on--just an old habit from my years working in retail! That alone speaks to the positive, community-like energy in the store. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jordan, who introduced herself as the new brand manager, and she is absolutely amazing. She's a fantastic addition to the team, and I'm confident she will help build an incredible clientele and continue to elevate the JAUS brand.
