Somehow Ben and Al, who greeted us and helped us prior to our appt, were able to manage all of us and communicate along the way. They were awesome and their teamwork and service was top tier. They also both hyped me up about my stud and totally unprompted. My only regret is not booking another appt simultaneously when it was open LOL! Ben is by far the best piercer I've ever had. He also saved my sister fees by piercing her ear with a dull needle so she only had to pay for the jewelry. Overall I would recommend them to anyone! Worth the price and the wait. Looking forward to another appt when I'm in town again! Also very sterile vibes and Ben took time between appts to sterilize and change gloves even though I was with my sister.

Thankfully, everything was exactly as expected. As soon as we walked in, Chase greeted us and made us feel comfortable. We filled out the health forms & he was actually able to get us started before our scheduled appointment. As a first time client, he even gave us $10 off the tattoo, which was a nice surprise. Throughout the entire process, he explained everything he was doing: from cleaning the area and applying the stencil to checking the placement, starting the tattoo, and letting me know when we were almost finished. He also kept encouraging me, saying I was doing great & that the tattoo was turning out perfectly, which made the experience even better. He mentioned the shop's $75 min and even said he felt bad charging that much for such a small tattoo, but we completely understood.
