DO NOT COME HEREE I came to this shop intentionally from reading reviews, I drive whole hour to get here too. When I first went in there and met Tiffany her first question to me was "so where are you from?" Assuming she's stating I look Different and not "white" I answer, I find that odd. Her prices are through the roof but I don't mind because I expect good service and quality jewelry. Upon my getting my piercing and trying to sit up is slowly as I'm disoriented and slight uncomfortable from just being STABBED, she says "you can up fine you're FINE!" As if I was some stray, she was literally just being rude and said that as so not baby me or comfort me in any way. As a professional myself with a state medical license myself, I would NEVER talk to one of my patients like that after I've treated them! I paid almost $300 that day for 1 piece of jewelry and it's piercing. Did not bat an eye. She convinced me after I while I should shorten the jewelry after swelling had gone down and I felt twisting so I drove another hour and did that and bought a few new pieces of jewelry that ended up costing me $500. Again, did not bat an eye. I came up a third time due to the jewelry now hurting and it was obviously red and inflamed and before I did I called to speak to her but Matt had answered the phone and told me "since it hasn't been 10 days and your jewelry isn't sitting right we can change it out for you at no cost" so that's when I drove up for another hour and waited 25-30mins for her Heynis to show her face. Taylor the front desk girl sat me in her room to wait. After waiting well past my scheduled appt time for her (this was an appt BTW I made days prior I didn't just show up) she storms into her room, no sorry I'm LATE, NO how are you? or nothing. She started off with "Didnt i recommend a different jewelry for you last time" in a very UNFRIENDLY, ACCUSATORY, RUDE way, as if she was the one paying me and annoyed that I was even there. I have common decency and ask her how HER week is going LOL, then she remembers to ask about mine? priceless. After she was done she tells me to go up front and pay and I tell her I was told there was no fee for today, I didn't anything and I was told by Matt before I made this appt then she proceeded to BARK AT ME, "Yeah but you ASKED for this shorter post, and ITS ONLY $10!!" UHHH EXCUSE ME?! Do I LOOK like $10 means ANYTHING to me?! I just paid your ******* rent for this month you ***** I just spent $800 and didn't bat a lashh, people really mistake my kindness for weakness, "why not Rip the Arab girl for all she's got and make her feel like trash because I CAN" type of mentality and ITS DISGUSTING. Maybe that's why the first Words to come out your month was what am I? I paid the front and was walked out by Taylor, not a word out of Tiffany to "have a nice day" nothing at all she told me to purchase more saline and walked away very dryly even when I was visibly upset, she had nothing to say. On my way home I called to talk to Matt and tell him when she did and how she spoke to me and he stated it was his fault he didn't know the policy changed. NO MATT ITS NOT YOUR FAULT, you can't just switch things to LIKE A TODDLER and expect people to know that. HOW DARE you throw your employee under the bus?! YOURE CHILDISH and PETTY! She was told about my call to complain and she SENT ME AN EMAIL, just like a TODDLER who doesn't respect anyone or anything and wants their way. Telling me to call the front desk for a refund? You wish I'd give you the time of day ever again, you lost yourself a big $$$ account over your pettiness and children's mentality. What a horrible way to run a business, all the fake kindness you have shows, trust me it's not genuine and we can tell. Grow the **** up. I don't want your filthy $10 you can keep it. read more

Safety first. I brought my teenage daughter here for her ear piercing. We had Matt; he was very friendly and put my daughter at ease. The place was very clean and Matt took all the steps to make sure the jewelry was thoroughly cleaned before he did her piercing. She had no issues afterward and no infections. Don't listen to Zara. She's obviously very angry at something in her life. This place is awesome. I had a bad piercing about a year ago, paid less but suffered for it. Clean, professional, attention to detail - best piercing studio out there!!! My daughter has had several piercings done here, the first ones when she was under 18, so I had to accompany her. I was very impressed with Tiffany's dedication to the safety of her clients; she answered all my questions and put both me and my daughter at ease. They have an amazing selection of custom jewelry to choose from. My daughter got three piercings that day, and a year later Tiffany helped her with a botched piercing from a shady shop near my daughter's college. After all that, I finally had the courage to get my ears re-pierced (I had a nightmarish experience decades ago that caused my ears to get infected over and over). Matt inspected my old piercings and said I wouldn't need new ones; the old holes could be stretched. They use medical grade posts, cut to fit each client's ears. Matt actually recut all my posts after the initial piercing, as he was concerned that they seemed too tight. I also took his advice about size and color of the opals I selected. Later on, I can choose other stones to put on my posts. The process was pretty much pain free, and I have had no redness, swelling, or drainage, which I experienced all the time when my ears were pierced all those years ago. I had an amazing experience at DV8 Body Art. I went in for a piercing and was greeted immediately. Tiffany diamond was my piercer. She is very knowledgeable and professional. The jewelry that she has in her shop is very high-quality and reasonably price. It was by far the cleanest shop I've ever been in and their standards are very high. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted but it was virtually pain-free. Perfectly placed with a perfect piece of jewelry. Wasted my time! I waited a week for an appointment for Ally to tell me it was only a consultation and they didn't have time to pierce my ear. It is a very simple normal piercing. My daughter and I wanted to get our daith pierced I have one now but wanted to get the other as they say it can help with migraine headaches. She had been here before with a friend and suggested we try it this time. We had an appointment with a guy named Matt. He was AWESOME. He knew my daughter was nervous and she was nothing but a sweet soft teddy bear with her! They went through and explained every step from start to finish. They put all the items in a sterilization system while they are explaining everything to you. He helped pick out the jewelry and recommended some. We talked about our personal lives and he made you feel like family. Their policy is to go back once a month for a check up on your new piercing to make sure it's healing properly! 1st time visitor. My teen daughter had an ongoing issue with a cartilage piercing. Several trips to the dermatologist, several antibiotics with no result. We went to see Matt. I came in today to get my navel pierced, and was nothing but impressed once again! Tiffany Diamond was my piercer and I believe she is the owner of the shop. She's super friendly and knows how to calm your nerves. She has MANY certificates in her piercing room that proves she knows what she's doing. Everything is always tested to make sure it's 100% sterile and she makes sure to inform you of all the precautions you should be taking. She will not pierce you if she doesn't think it will heal right, just for your own personal safety. The jewelry I got was titanium & i've been told at other places they use titanium but i've had allergic reactions because it was fake titanium; NOT HERE!!! First time going here to get an ear cartilage piercing for my daughter and I was very impressed with this business. They were very professional, friendly, and took a lot of time with us. They explained everything very well, and didn't mind answering any questions. The store was VERY clean--I would say as clean as a doctor's office. They were serious about asking for identification for both of us (my daughter is under 18). The person who did the piercing was very concerned about how it would look, what my daughter wanted, and was careful about it being as painless as possible.
