    Rook piercing by Ray
    Julia V.

Came in here not sure if I wanted a Rook or Daith and Ray helped my choose which one would be best. I was pretty nervous since it had been probably 20 years since I had my 1st holes pierced. It was extremely clean and chill inside and reasonably priced. The piercing was quick and calm and Ray explained everything I needed to do for care. Very happy and would absolutely come back!

I went to the Warren location on Mound to get my belly button pierced and I DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER! First of all, the piercing is literally crooked. Second of all, it's been 6 months and it still hasn't healed, it hurts everyday, and a bump has even formed. So I went and found a different piercer who was MUCH more professional and he said it was an awful quality piece of jewelry that you could get online for 10 cents. Not to mention it was too big for me and he said it was the weirdest shape he's ever seen. I was having a bad reaction to the cheap metal and the shape and size weren't helping either. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, somewhere that actually cares about you and your piercing.

Walked in for a tragus and a triple helix and surprisingly was taken back right away! I can't say enough about how amazing Ray was! He made me feel so calm and talked me through everything! I never once doubted anything while I'm the shop, I felt at peace! I would recommend him to anyone!

I had spent alot of time trying to find the right artist to do my first tattoo. I had met Rick after initially just coming in to look at the work of the artist at this location. He was very perfessional and made me feel confident and comfortable getting my first tattoo with him. If you're in the same boat as I was feeling nervous about who does your tattoo I highly recommend you talk to Rick. He will be your new guy. His attention to detail and the care he gives you will make you feel the same way I did after I had him do mine. Thanks again Rick. The tattoo means the world to me and it was a blessing we crossed paths. It came out just how I pictured it.

My sister and I went to get tattoos for the worst reason...our brother's tragic passing. We happened upon Elite Ink and it's the best tattoo experience we've ever had. Our tattoos weren't elaborate but they were executed with care and good energy. Nadia (I hope I'm not messing up her name) did our tattoos and she was amazing. The young lady at the front (I didn't get her name), an Aquarius/Pisces, made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Overall the establishment is very clean and professional. I'd definitely return.

How much for a set of nipple piercings?

The piercing was booked with Ben on a Friday after the holiday at 3:30 when the place was jam packed with walk-ins. Somehow Ben and Al, who greeted us and helped us prior to our appt, were able to manage all of us and communicate along the way. They were awesome and their teamwork and service was top tier. They also both hyped me up about my stud and totally unprompted. My only regret is not booking another appt simultaneously when it was open LOL! Ben is by far the best piercer I've ever had. He also saved my sister fees by piercing her ear with a dull needle so she only had to pay for the jewelry. Overall I would recommend them to anyone! Worth the price and the wait. Looking forward to another appt when I'm in town again! Also very sterile vibes and Ben took time between appts to sterilize and change gloves even though I was with my sister.

Do the forms, pick your jewelry, pay, get pierced. Mike Moore was absolutely amazing with everything... he put my daughter at ease, talked her through every single step (I was allowed in the room with her during the piercing) and in general made this an exciting, memorable event. HIGHLY recommend and am thankful - Mike's empathy and compassion was clear and appreciated. Aftercare instructions were very clear and repeated several times, till he was sure she understood. I can't give 6 stars so 5 will have to do!

I went in to get my nose piercing changed. The second I walked in, the vibe was awful. A bunch of older men standing around, and one of them immediately says "somebody's here" in the most annoyed, almost disgusted tone. No greeting, no welcome, nothing -- just pure annoyance that I even dared to walk in. The guy who did my piercing change didn't introduce himself, barely spoke to me except "come on back," and acted like I was ruining his day by existing. He was standing extremely close to me -- obviously because of the piercing -- but instead of being professional or at least neutral, he was rude, cold, and made me feel completely violated and uncomfortable. I'm 19, in a room full of grown men, with no women around at all. While trying to change the jewelry, he jabbed at my nose roughly, and didn't seem to care at all that it hurt. I literally had pain on my face and he ignored it. Then -- and I still can't believe this -- he picked up a call mid piercing change, started yelling in my ear, cussing someone out on the phone while standing right next to me. The yelling was so loud and rude it made me tear up right there because I felt so unsafe and humiliated. He was talking to a women on the phone, speaking to her so disrespectfully. When another worker asked what was going on, he casually yelled "My baby mama callin my phone" and then walked off, leaving me mid-piercing change. (It shouldn't have even taken this long) Another worker took over. At least he had the decency to introduce himself, but by that point, I was shaking, uncontrollable, and just wanted to leave. I even said "If you guys cant it's fine I can just go", clearly just wanted to get the hell out of there. He said "No I can do it." Even then, the new guy shoved the piercing through roughly, didn't warn me about the pain until after, and didn't bother to clean the blood off my nose afterward. He just told me how to clean it myself. I tipped them out of pure fear and discomfort. When I got to my car, my nostril was still bleeding, and I started crying from how traumatic an violated the whole thing felt. This place is the definition of unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright scary -- especially if you're a young woman. They made me feel like an annoyance, didn't care about hygiene, comfort, or basic decency, and treated me like trash. Save yourself the trauma and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Two red flags I shouldn't have ignored. Then he pierced me and put in the smallest rings I've ever seen for nipple piercings and at this point I should have spoken up but I didn't. They didn't leave any room for swelling and quickly started embedding into my skin during the healing process. I had to then go back to get new barbells put it and was told they didn't have any gloves, so one of the other guys had to run to the store while I sat and waited to get gloves?? How do you not have gloves at a tattoo shop? He then switched out the rings for me but I could tell they were pierced too low into my areola instead of the nipple. Mind you I had nipple piercings before so I could tell they were wrong. I waited it out to see if they would heal normal anyway even though I knew they weren't right but they literally wouldn't heal cause of where they were placed, so I finally had to just take them out. (I know you shouldn't take out new piercings but the pain and discomfort was not getting any better). I went back to the shop to ask for a refund cause I just spend two weeks in pain for me to have to just take them out anyway. They refused to give me a refund even though they told me they fired the guy who did them. So they obviously knew he wasn't doing professional work. Not only did I waste money, but the men that work there were unprofessional and rude. Overall I wouldn't waste your money here.
