The piercing was booked with Ben on a Friday after the holiday at 3:30 when the place was jam packed with walk-ins. Somehow Ben and Al, who greeted us and helped us prior to our appt, were able to manage all of us and communicate along the way. They were awesome and their teamwork and service was top tier. They also both hyped me up about my stud and totally unprompted. My only regret is not booking another appt simultaneously when it was open LOL! Ben is by far the best piercer I've ever had. He also saved my sister fees by piercing her ear with a dull needle so she only had to pay for the jewelry. Overall I would recommend them to anyone! Worth the price and the wait. Looking forward to another appt when I'm in town again! Also very sterile vibes and Ben took time between appts to sterilize and change gloves even though I was with my sister.

Mike Moore was absolutely amazing with everything... he put my daughter at ease, talked her through every single step (I was allowed in the room with her during the piercing) and in general made this an exciting, memorable event. And now I either have to spend more money and get it fixed by somebody else or look at this for the next 10 years until it wears out. Utterly disappointed. $100 min chair. Cost me 120$.
