Took my daughter in for a Helix and doubles. paperwork is not, it's all on an ipad which was nice. Staff extremely friendly and helpful (she was nervous). Do the forms, pick your jewelry, pay, get pierced. Mike Moore was absolutely amazing with everything... he put my daughter at ease, talked her through every single step (I was allowed in the room with her during the piercing) and in general made this an exciting, memorable event. HIGHLY recommend and am thankful - Mike's empathy and compassion was clear and appreciated. Aftercare instructions were very clear and repeated several times, till he was sure she understood. I can't give 6 stars so 5 will have to do! read more

My sister treated me to a an early Christmas gift to get my helix pierced and this popped right up with great reviews. The piercing was booked with Ben on a Friday after the holiday at 3:30 when the place was jam packed with walk-ins. Somehow Ben and Al, who greeted us and helped us prior to our appt, were able to manage all of us and communicate along the way. They were awesome and their teamwork and service was top tier. They also both hyped me up about my stud and totally unprompted. My only regret is not booking another appt simultaneously when it was open LOL! Ben is by far the best piercer I've ever had. He also saved my sister fees by piercing her ear with a dull needle so she only had to pay for the jewelry. Overall I would recommend them to anyone! Worth the price and the wait. Looking forward to another appt when I'm in town again! Also very sterile vibes and Ben took time between appts to sterilize and change gloves even though I was with my sister. read more

If I could give 100 stars I would. When we first got there (we were a walk-in) the lady was so helpful in choosing piercings for my double helix. We waited about 10 minutes, which was expected because we were a walk-in and admired the place. It was incredibly clean and well kept. I wish I got the piercers name, but this was the most kind person I've ever met. I almost chickened out about 50 times but he was so reassuring, understanding, and patient. 3/10 pain, was so quick and easy and I LOVE how it looks. He explained how to keep it clean and what not to do, and was very thorough. Big tip left for him, he deserves it. I will definitely be going here for the rest of my piercings, 100 stars!!!! read more

We took our 6 year daughter to get her ears pierced and Mike was the best! As a conservative family, we were skeptical going into a tattoo shop with our kids. But we have heard raving reviews about how clean, professional, and thorough this shop is. It truly lived up to our expectations and more! The place was clean and Mike told my daughter that she is the boss and he works for her which really put her at ease. He even spent a great deal of time answering questions from all of us. He was tender and positive, he was uplifting and kind. The jewelry is high quality, the staff was polite and understanding/patient when I had to run back home to get a photo identification for her (that I forgot). All around 10/10 experience! read more

I had my navel pierced previously at a different tattoo shop and I just got it repierced today by Chase. I was nervous coming in because of the experience I had the first time I got this piercing, but Chase and all of the workers there were so nice and they genuinely made me feel so comfortable and took all my nerves away! The process went super smooth and fast, I wouldn't have wanted it to get any other way. Chase had done my helix piercing a year ago which was also a huge success. Safe to say that he is my go-to piercer now!! read more

Ben is the G.O.A.T. ! First time ever getting a piercing and I am so glad that I took the chance to come here! My wife and I were looking for a safe, reliable place to get piercings. We stumbled upon this place right near our house and made an appointment to give it a go. Walking up to the door, I could see through the window this tattooed, pierced fellow that looked intimidating. Immediately after making our way through the door, Ben, was incredibly friendly and welcoming to the business and immediately understood that it was my first time getting anything done. He explained the process and led me over to the jewelry section to pick out my starter studs, which I was not expecting at all. I thought they'd be some clunky, ugly looking starter earrings. He then said that we needed to wait a little while for the equipment to be sterilized, which was very comforting and more reassuring that we chose the right place. When it came time for the piercing, he sat me down and explained EVERYTHING about what he was going to be doing to make me feel as comfortable as possible, with a lot of humor and laughs along the way. He was nice enough to point out that my earlobes are not the same size, so he needed to adjust one of the center points for where the needle would go through my ear to make it look more natural. He let me approve the process every step of the way. The needle going through my ear was relatively painless because he was gentle and careful. After both earrings were in place, he explained the in depth way to take care of them and clean them and to NOT follow what the mall stores tell you to do, as it risks infection. That's all I've ever read online, so this was comforting to know that there are more proper ways to take care of new piercings. Pros: -Ben is a rockstar at what he does! Friendly, funny, professional. -Welcoming atmosphere -Organized, clean, informative environment -Affordable for the professionalism, safety and selection of jewelry Cons: -NOTHING AT ALL!!! Thanks Ironclad for a great first experience. Definitely my #1 place to recommend and my wife and I will be back for anything else that's needed. It's nice to know we can walk in or call with any questions or concerns about anything too! read more

Mike is awesome! Piercing was practically painless, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely will be back.

Ben is a rockstar; the appointment process was fast and easy and he was so knowledgeable when it came to the piercing I wanted. Absolutely recommend read more

One word: AWESOME. I had my ears pierced *a million* years ago, and I took out my earrings with the intention of putting them back in, but life happened and the years flew by. Recently I went to put in a pair of earrings, thinking it was just yesterday that I took them out, and whaddaya know, the holes closed up on me. I know, I know, I did this to myself. I spent the week Googling places to get my ears re-pierced, reading Yelp reviews, and looking through pictures of past client work on Instagram. After narrowing down the 20+ open tabs in my browser, I settled on Ironclad Tattoo. Scheduling the appointment was quick and painless. I was able to find an appointment that worked with my schedule a few days out. They asked if I wanted to bring my own earrings, or if I wanted to purchase some while I was there. I opted to buy new earrings while getting my ears pierced so that I wouldn't have to worry about anything when I got there. When I arrived, I was happy to see that they are taking care of their employees and customers with a number of COVID precautions- appointments only- no walk ins, masks required by all, social distancing enforced, and plexiglass at the front desk. There was never a time during my appointment where I felt unsafe. Once I was checked in, they ran through the options for earrings and let me take some time to look. They had both gold and titanium options. There was a good selection to choose from. Once I chose my earrings, I filled out the health and consent form via iPad, and waited no more than 5 minutes before I was taken to one of the rooms to get my ears pierced. Shoutout to Chase, who pierced my ears. Before doing anything I told him my situation and he checked to make sure my previous piercings had closed up completely. He was really awesome and gave me two amazingly symmetrical ear piercings that were nearly painless; I'm talking like a 1 or 1.5/10 on the pain scale. I've had paper cuts that hurt worse than this. Before leaving he walked me through the aftercare, and made sure I was good with everything. All in all this was an awesome experience. I wouldn't hesitate for even one second to come back here myself or recommend this place to anyone. I'll be back for more once these piercings are healed! read more

Upon arriving, I was given a warm greeting and went right away to pick out jewelry. I had the pleasure of having my rook pierced by Mike. I was thoroughly informed of the process and procedure beforehand. It wasn't the most comfortable experience, but I was talked though each step, which put me at ease. I was given all post op information and an open invitation to return with any issues or concerns. I love how it turned out and I will definitely return for others. I came here earlier this year to get a tattoo, and my mom got a nose piercing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience from the initial phone call to inquire about the process, cost, and what to expect since it was our 1st time. Kyle was my tattoo artist, and would highly recommend him! He was very patient, and understanding when discussing what I was looking for. It came out exactly how I had envisioned, super happy :) read more

Just had the BEST ear piercing experience with Chase for both my girls. They were v apprehensive but excited. Chase was patient, kind and informed them every step of the way..really put them at ease and they were SO happy! The facility is clean, medical grade and the earrings they chose were very pretty. So glad we didn't do the gun method. This might be my 4rth review ever...I'd recommend this place highly! read more

By far the best place you can take yourself to get a piercing. I've gone to get an ear piercing (conch), along with two nipple piercings. When my body rejected one of the nipple piercings, I watched out to them a year and a half later and they got me in a few days later and took care of it free of charge. They are by far the most professional, clean, and well put together shop you can ever go to to get any type of piercing. I've never felt intimidated or out of place being there. They are by appointment only but it is so worth it. Don't forget to tip your artists! read more

One of my favorite piercing places around! Let's start with the front desks who have always been so nice and helpful! Ended up paying $55 dollars for 3 plastic replacement earrings to wear for an MRI. These used to be free, and no one informed me of the new price upfront. 2 out of the 3 fell out within 4 days (when I was told they would have no problem lasting a week and a half). The business refuses to offer refunds and refuses to replace both of the missing clear earrings. I went here for years as they used to be affordable and accommodating but now they are a scam. Do not recommend. read more

Chase did my nose piercing and my son's septum piercing. He was great! He was very helpful when I had questions about aftercare, even a month after having the piercing done. Well if I could give 10 stars I would. I was overly impressed by the greeting I received upon entering. A nice smiling face. Then she showed me jewelry for my belly piercing, help me choose what would work better for my situation. (Oh and when i made the appt she educated me on waiting 3 months before swimming, which I wasn't told that before from the other place) Then I was introduced to my piercer Chase ! Who was simply amazing....... I am so afraid of pain and believe it or not it was painless. Chase has a way to pierce you without pain. He went on to explain aftercare since I had a piercing reject before. Over All Amazing Service. Would recommend for everyone. Go visit them !!!!! read more

I came to this shop for some jewelry, and walked out with an awesome septum piercing! I love it! This was my first time here, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the shop itself is really nice, and clean. Mike Moore did my piercing, and he did an excellent job! A septal is one of the more difficult piercings to do, and he nailed it (no pun intended ). His "bedside manner" was wonderful, he took his time to explain everything, answer questions, and as a nurse, I can attest to his sterile technique. Wonderful shop, I'll be back for sure. read more

We finally convinced my seven year old to re-pierce her ears after they closed up for a few years. She was scared. But brave... and she made me an offer - "You piece your ears mama, and I'll pierce mine." I had been wanting my tragi pierced for years, so i said "Deal." We met a woman in the mall selling body piercing jewelry and she guided us to Ironclad. I'm soooo happy I asked for her advice. This place is a polestar! We walked in, and I met with Mike Moore. Physically, Mike has calm blue eyes, shaved? head, long graying beard, facial piercings on both sides of his nose and one above his lip, and a lot of tattoos, and very large ear gauges. Spiritually, Mike felt completely open with an amaZing soul. (I sorta fell into a 30-minute love trance hahaha). I was intimidated to piece my tragi as I was afraid of the pain, obviously. Mike was VERY patient with me, and explained each step. After the first, I was good to have the second. Healing nicely though probably will take several months. Absolutely and emphatically recommend this place for piercings! read more

My temperature was checked and I filled out the necessary forms. Mike took me back and got me set up, he tweaked the design and it was perfect. Finished up in about 25 minutes and I couldn't be happier. Thank you mike so much!! I can't wait to come back again! read more

Today I went in to get my nipples pierced. I was recommended Ironclad by two people, and after some research made an appointment. They are appointment only so definitely book ahead, it seems like they are also solidly booked but I only had to wait a few days. Ben was my piercer, and I will be going back for more! He was friendly, educated, and made me feel more comfortable than any other piercer ever has. As a woman choosing to get this piercing, I knew it wasn't going to be a modest affair but Ben made me feel very comfortable and safe - something I'm sure many are looking for when getting a piercing like that. I couldn't find a negative moment if I tried! Thank you, Ben! read more

Called and asked about pricing spoke to Ali and make the appointment. Was told $85 deposit to make appointment and it covers the piercing cost. And that jewelry (what we needed was $40 A PAIR (SO 2) for earrings and still $40 for a single stud for nose. Get to appointment, speak to Kacey, reiterate cost. $40 A PAIR, but now is $35 for nose stud. Ok cool. Get in the room to pierce. NOW Chase is messing with me saying it's gonna be $200 cuz it's $40 a piece (5 studs) and I said no and what I was told 2x $40 a pair and $35 nose single (2 ear each and 1 nose = 5 holes in total) went over it back and forth multiple times. Got on same page. Get to register...again says my total is $159 and I have you a discount because it is $40 a piece...at that point I paid it cuz I wanted to leave. Mind you got the cheapest metal/studs they had. And I know this crap is not $40 FOR ONE. $20 yes but not $40. I've worked in jewelry and my uncle has a jewelry store. AWFUL SCAM ARTISTS read more

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I have been here for piercings twice now. Mike did my lobes and Chase did my helix. Both times I was impressed by the professionalism of the shop. I have even ran into Mike outside of the shop and he checked on how I was healing and gave me advice on some issues I was having with the healing process.
