Somehow Ben and Al, who greeted us and helped us prior to our appt, were able to manage all of us and communicate along the way. They were awesome and their teamwork and service was top tier. They also both hyped me up about my stud and totally unprompted. My only regret is not booking another appt simultaneously when it was open LOL! Ben is by far the best piercer I've ever had. He also saved my sister fees by piercing her ear with a dull needle so she only had to pay for the jewelry. Overall I would recommend them to anyone! Worth the price and the wait. Looking forward to another appt when I'm in town again! Also very sterile vibes and Ben took time between appts to sterilize and change gloves even though I was with my sister.

The guy in the center tattooing was condescending and rude. At one point he told us to be quiet as we talking amongst ourselves . WTF, am I in a library? Decided upon not to get the tattoo. RULE 1: if a place makes you uncomfortable, do not do it. Glad I stuck to my decision as my other two friends got theirs which was larger than they wanted and not the design they wanted as they were told "that has too much detail (on a palm tree..really?!) but we can do an outline of a palm tree". ummm, noooo. $60 dollars later for a permanent tattoo that they did not envisioned that was larger than the design they brought in. Worst. Place. Ever. If I could get this place in -5 I would.
