I'd give him ZERO stars if I could. Piercing By Antonio... His piercing was fine, seemed well done but it is the aftercare and service AFTER you pay for and get the piercing that he says screw you to. I tried to reach him for 5 days both him and the studio by phone with several voicemails, emails, text messages, facebook and facebook messages, etc. Every way I knew to reach him. I was told today that to simply change out the posts I needed an appointment and to pay extra. When we had the service done he said he guaranteed his work and his jewelry for life and as long as you bought his jewelry and always used him that it was free to change out posts or tops of jewelry. My 13 year old daughter had gotten her nose and 2nd earring hole pierced 6 weeks ago and it is time to change the posts out and she is having issues with the jewelry. I tried to tell them this over and over again. I was not told until yesterday I needed an appointment for this. The studio sent me a link to make the appointment which I used but I guess it did not work even though they sent it to me and they then called me today after my other messages/voicemails. The male who called was loud and rude and very short with me. Basically told me and made me feel that our business was not important anymore as I wanted the after care service that was supposed to be free. He doesn't want to do after service because he doesn't make money on it. I offered to pay. I said I don't need free. I told Antonio when he called me very rude and abrupt speaking to me that I had an emergency. That we were going out of town for a cheer comp in the morning and that I had been trying to reach him for a week he told me it was not his problem he didn't care, he has so many clients he doesn't need my business and would not stand behind his guarantee! He was mean and nasty on the phone, yelled at me, berated me and was just down right awful. I want to cancel this jerk out, take away his new paying clients so that he will treat existing clients better. If we keep giving him our money he will continue to treat aftercare clients like crap because he can because he has "so many clients" he doesn't need to service current clients. DO NOT GIVE THIS JERK ANOTHER DIME! read more

I booked an appointment for a piercing with Antonio for my daughter. We went to meet Antonio and upon getting there, he told us that my daughter couldn't get the piercing she wanted due to the shape of her ear. She was upset. Instead of leaving it there, he explained to her why and that if she had it done somewhere else, she would have problems with heeling and other issues. They decided on another piercing together and she loved it. The staff at LKS is top notch. Antonio was amazing as well as the woman there behind the counter. I am sorry I didn't get her name. Both of them made this experience second to none for us. If anyone is considering a piercing, look no further than Antonio!!!! The studio is very CLEAN and safe. This was my first time here and Antonio was so kind! He walked me through what he was going to do and took his time talking to me but was still efficient and fast. The piercing was virtually painless - just felt like a small pinch! Also, the inside of the whole building was clean and the vibes were good. There was a Leonardo DiCaprio movie on the TV and a pumpkin candle lit. I also saw him cleaning the bench where the client lays and he mentioned washing his hands too. My daughter and I got tattoos by Cory back in December and were told if we needed any touchups to contact him. My daughter needed a small touch up and it was like jumping through hoops to even get an appointment to do this. When he did respond back, he made it feel like it was such an inconvenience. On the scheduled day of her appointment, Corey was so rude and told her he didn't have her on the books, sighed and walked away. She was left standing there awkwardly. This is so unprofessional on every level. If your gonna do a tattoo, why tell people to call if they need a touch up only to act like it's such an inconvenience and they're doing you a favor? My seven year old daughter has been asking for over a year to have her ears pierced. I didn't like the idea of having them done at some store at a mall. I've heard great things about getting kids ears priced at a tattoo parlor; they have the best equipment, cleanest environment, safest techniques. She was not made to feel uncomfortable at all and was treated very respectfully. While waiting on our appointment there was a movie on the television that I probably wouldn't want her watching, but a tattoo parlor isn't exactly designed for seven year olds so I never would have even considered saying anything about it, but an employee quietly changed the channel to gymnastics (it was a pretty funny considering the environment). I made an appointment with Terry. I asked a fair amount of questions on the phone and it didn't phase him a bit. Even offered for me to come in and explain the process. He doesn't keep stock of any studs that a young girl might prefer so we opted for him to pick up a cute pair in preparation of her appointment. Greatly appreciated customer service! (We could have brought our own titanium jewelry if desired.) He was super professional and very compassionate with my daughter; took extreme care in cleanliness and hygienic procedures. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and how to care for it extremely well. I would recommend Terry to anyone. (They require children under 12 to make an appointment and bring a birth certificate.) read more

I went here for my second tattoo and he definitely over charged me. This was my second tattoo and was smaller than my first one. For this one I only had one color compared to three, no shading at all, and was done in a shorter amount of time than my first one. It was $80 more than my first one. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Made an appointment with Terry for my daughter's ears to be pierced. I showed up for our appointment and he wasn't even there. Another employee did not even seem to care that we were there and had been scheduled and then forgotten. All I was told was Terry is out of town. Well, then why would he schedule my daughter, tell us where to get the earrings, all the details, and then leave? He could have at least called to reschedule. My daughter is very upset, as am I.
