I entered Alexander's and the technician was busy with a customer. I told her I didn't mind waiting. I sat in a chair and played with my phone. About 15 minutes passed and the technician told me my watch was ready. She told me "NO CHARGE! ... because you had to wait." NO CHARGE!!! You can bet that is MY STORE from now on. I don't know why that other store has to keep a watch overnight for a 5 minute job-- meaning I have to make a trip back. Nope! Nope! Nope!

We had it in for 3 visits within 6 months for repairs. They tried to convince us that we needed to pay $3,800 to have it remade. It was not adding up to us and our trust in them began to fail. I finally picked my ring up in the condition listed as needing to be redone. I took it to a recommended family Jewelry Store in St. Clair and they were saddened that it was not receiving the care or expertise needed to make my ring perfect again. I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Lawrence jewelers. I feel as if we are a number to them now and they did everything they could to make some money off my cherished wedding pieces purchased and designed by them. I think it is shameful.
