Somehow Ben and Al, who greeted us and helped us prior to our appt, were able to manage all of us and communicate along the way. They were awesome and their teamwork and service was top tier. They also both hyped me up about my stud and totally unprompted. My only regret is not booking another appt simultaneously when it was open LOL! Ben is by far the best piercer I've ever had. He also saved my sister fees by piercing her ear with a dull needle so she only had to pay for the jewelry. Overall I would recommend them to anyone! Worth the price and the wait. Looking forward to another appt when I'm in town again! Also very sterile vibes and Ben took time between appts to sterilize and change gloves even though I was with my sister.

I picked it because the owner (Sebastian) was a season 2 finalist on Ink Master. Sebastian stated that he only did black & white realism, & passed me off to Tron. Now that the work has completely healed, it is some of the worst work for letting "I" have ever seen. Precision, accuracy, finesse, consistency are needed, which are obviously lacking in this work. I have since found out that Tron is one of the least experienced artists (?) in this establishment. A scratcher. IF you go over this tat with the same level of scrutiny as an Ink Master judge, It fails on many levels. . . consistency being the most lacking. The most obvious. . . the negative space in the "e" in "When" looks like a blob. I wrote a review they were not happy with, but surely deserved. Instead of simply saying there wasn't another available time, I was met with a rude and confrontational attitude. He immediately brought up past rescheduled appointments and spoke to me as though I had done something wrong just for asking if another time was available. The tone of the conversation was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Afterward, he sent me text messages claiming I had canceled "8 or 9 times" over the past year, which I strongly disagree with. I apologized for any inconvenience my past reschedules may have caused and explained that I wasn't calling to complain--I was only asking if there was another available appointment. When I asked about the $100 deposit I had left with him, he told me he intended to keep it because of those alleged cancellations. We had never agreed that my deposit would be forfeited under those circumstances. Rather than continue arguing, I simply replied, "Keep it with you. No problem." What disappointed me wasn't the $100. It was being spoken to with disrespect after years of being a loyal customer. I had trusted Ben with my sleeve, always paid my appointments, tipped well, and recommended him to many people. Despite that history, he ended our conversation by telling me to "have the day you deserve," followed by "Having a great day so far ." Ben is a talented artist, but professionalism and respect matter just as much as talent. Sadly, after today's experience, I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend his business.

I understand that all shops are different and some do not provide certain procedures for safety purposes. I can totally understand if the piercer is unwilling. It was when they said that my $20 was just for the "set-up" cost (chair, clamps, napkin) that i was pissed. No compensation, just money down the drain. Gas is $6 right now, save your money and check in somewhere else.

In order to talk to him after I realize he was ignoring my calls and texts, I called from different numbers and was finally able to get in touch with him. I have been patient and understanding but finally realized he was avoiding me. In May 2020 I tried to schedule again and he still ignored my attempts to contact him. I finally told him that he was unprofessional in how he was handling his business. He told me if I didn't be quiet that he wouldn't schedule me to come in and he would make sure no one would touch my tattoo. He claims to be so busy but had time to send pictures of himself and try to see when he could come over and have sex though. Very pathetic.
