Mike Moore was absolutely amazing with everything... he put my daughter at ease, talked her through every single step (I was allowed in the room with her during the piercing) and in general made this an exciting, memorable event. HIGHLY recommend and am thankful - Mike's empathy and compassion was clear and appreciated. Aftercare instructions were very clear and repeated several times, till he was sure she understood. Somehow Ben and Al, who greeted us and helped us prior to our appt, were able to manage all of us and communicate along the way. They were awesome and their teamwork and service was top tier. They also both hyped me up about my stud and totally unprompted. My only regret is not booking another appt simultaneously when it was open LOL! Ben is by far the best piercer I've ever had. He also saved my sister fees by piercing her ear with a dull needle so she only had to pay for the jewelry. Overall I would recommend them to anyone! Worth the price and the wait. Looking forward to another appt when I'm in town again! Also very sterile vibes and Ben took time between appts to sterilize and change gloves even though I was with my sister.

One even had a missing part of the design and was crooked. When one of us tried reaching out about a bad tattoo, they were told to email, only to be ignored. The shop also tried to brush off clear mistakes as 'just the healing process.' Super unprofessional--wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The artist explained that what I wanted would be an easy process. Everything was going well until I asked one simple question: "Do you have any female artists available?" The reason was straightforward. Some of the tattoos I want fixed are on very intimate areas of my body, and I am only comfortable with a female artist working there. That is a personal boundary, not an insult to anyone's talent or professionalism. The moment I asked, his entire attitude changed. Instead of simply saying, "No, we don't have any female artists," he became defensive, lectured me about how experienced they are, and acted as though my request was offensive. He then dismissed me altogether and made it clear they wouldn't work with me. Let me be perfectly clear: a woman never has to justify who she is comfortable allowing to see or touch intimate parts of her body. That choice belongs to her, and her alone. No amount of experience gives anyone the right to shame a woman for setting boundaries. A respectful business would have understood that immediately. Instead, I was made to feel like I had done something wrong simply because I wanted a female artist for an intimate tattoo. If this is how they treat a potential customer for expressing a completely reasonable comfort level, I can't imagine how they handle difficult situations once you're in the chair. Women deserve to know this before they book. Respect isn't optional in this industry, and neither is a client's right to bodily autonomy. I walked away feeling insulted, dismissed, and shocked by the complete lack of professionalism. One last thing after I seen the pictures of the tattoos they do or your supposed 60 years and we can buy an experience. You look like a bunch of amateurs. I wouldn't have you touch my body with a ten foot pole let alone needle. Seriously you posted a picture of that sun tattoo that looks like something out of 1992 and you're proud of that. Get out of here guys. Your lack of professional makes this industry a disgrace. Shame on you. Do us all a favor and shut your damn store down
