Had a very good experience with my friends. Definitely recommending this place. I got a belly pierced and everything was very sanitary!

The piercing was booked with Ben on a Friday after the holiday at 3:30 when the place was jam packed with walk-ins. Somehow Ben and Al, who greeted us and helped us prior to our appt, were able to manage all of us and communicate along the way. They were awesome and their teamwork and service was top tier. They also both hyped me up about my stud and totally unprompted. My only regret is not booking another appt simultaneously when it was open LOL! Ben is by far the best piercer I've ever had. He also saved my sister fees by piercing her ear with a dull needle so she only had to pay for the jewelry. Overall I would recommend them to anyone! Worth the price and the wait. Looking forward to another appt when I'm in town again! Also very sterile vibes and Ben took time between appts to sterilize and change gloves even though I was with my sister.

Do the forms, pick your jewelry, pay, get pierced. Mike Moore was absolutely amazing with everything... he put my daughter at ease, talked her through every single step (I was allowed in the room with her during the piercing) and in general made this an exciting, memorable event. HIGHLY recommend and am thankful - Mike's empathy and compassion was clear and appreciated. Aftercare instructions were very clear and repeated several times, till he was sure she understood. I can't give 6 stars so 5 will have to do!

mark is very talented and my tattoo came out nice. PLEASE READ…read moreAfter Three sessions, maybe four. (he was transitioning from ferndale to BFE) I feel a bit taken advantage of and I must leave an honest review after spending thousands of dollars. I would choose otherwise if I had it to do again. the reason why- absolutely no touch up offered and when I asked months later, he said no- it would just be another full day. What artist doesn't offer TOUCHUP? I want to throw up by the amount of money I spent vs marks lack of concern and professionalism. notice he will book you an EIGHT HOUR spot every session and if not just know he preyed on me as a young woman. I've had several tattoos and know that this one shouldn't have taken more than 2 sessions and that I shouldn't have paid what I did. take heed.

I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone who values beautiful and precise artistry…read more The artist, Sam, took my rough concept and turned it into a fully fleshed out work of wearable art and I am so unspeakably honored to be the person to have this tattoo. He was professional and clean and took his time with the little details such as placement. Being an illustrator myself, I tend to be quite picky about the permanent art that goes into my skin. Sam is not only a masterful tattooer but he understands the foundations of fine art that make the piece more than just a tattoo, but a work of art. Well done.

I NEVER write reviews, but this was genuinely one of the worst, most uncomfortable experiences of…read moremy life, and I feel like people -- especially other young women -- need to know. I went in to get my nose piercing changed. The second I walked in, the vibe was awful. A bunch of older men standing around, and one of them immediately says "somebody's here" in the most annoyed, almost disgusted tone. No greeting, no welcome, nothing -- just pure annoyance that I even dared to walk in. The guy who did my piercing change didn't introduce himself, barely spoke to me except "come on back," and acted like I was ruining his day by existing. He was standing extremely close to me -- obviously because of the piercing -- but instead of being professional or at least neutral, he was rude, cold, and made me feel completely violated and uncomfortable. I'm 19, in a room full of grown men, with no women around at all. While trying to change the jewelry, he jabbed at my nose roughly, and didn't seem to care at all that it hurt. I literally had pain on my face and he ignored it. Then -- and I still can't believe this -- he picked up a call mid piercing change, started yelling in my ear, cussing someone out on the phone while standing right next to me. The yelling was so loud and rude it made me tear up right there because I felt so unsafe and humiliated. He was talking to a women on the phone, speaking to her so disrespectfully. When another worker asked what was going on, he casually yelled "My baby mama callin my phone" and then walked off, leaving me mid-piercing change. (It shouldn't have even taken this long) Another worker took over. At least he had the decency to introduce himself, but by that point, I was shaking, uncontrollable, and just wanted to leave. I even said "If you guys cant it's fine I can just go", clearly just wanted to get the hell out of there. He said "No I can do it." Even then, the new guy shoved the piercing through roughly, didn't warn me about the pain until after, and didn't bother to clean the blood off my nose afterward. He just told me how to clean it myself. I tipped them out of pure fear and discomfort. When I got to my car, my nostril was still bleeding, and I started crying from how traumatic an violated the whole thing felt. This place is the definition of unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright scary -- especially if you're a young woman. They made me feel like an annoyance, didn't care about hygiene, comfort, or basic decency, and treated me like trash. Save yourself the trauma and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Two red flags I shouldn't have ignored. Then he pierced me and put in the smallest rings I've ever seen for nipple piercings and at this point I should have spoken up but I didn't. They didn't leave any room for swelling and quickly started embedding into my skin during the healing process. I had to then go back to get new barbells put it and was told they didn't have any gloves, so one of the other guys had to run to the store while I sat and waited to get gloves?? How do you not have gloves at a tattoo shop? He then switched out the rings for me but I could tell they were pierced too low into my areola instead of the nipple. Mind you I had nipple piercings before so I could tell they were wrong. I waited it out to see if they would heal normal anyway even though I knew they weren't right but they literally wouldn't heal cause of where they were placed, so I finally had to just take them out. (I know you shouldn't take out new piercings but the pain and discomfort was not getting any better). I went back to the shop to ask for a refund cause I just spend two weeks in pain for me to have to just take them out anyway. They refused to give me a refund even though they told me they fired the guy who did them. So they obviously knew he wasn't doing professional work. Not only did I waste money, but the men that work there were unprofessional and rude. Overall I wouldn't waste your money here.
