Was told that they had no available appointments (while there site had plenty available) I was able to "book online" for the same day when I left. They lied directly to me. TL;DR I had the best experience here and cannot recommend highly enough! I came into my appointment with only an inspiration photo and a very general idea of what I wanted, and I asked Josh (the owner and my piercer) to take it from there. He took a photo of my ear and mapped out several options for what we could do, and we settled on something I was very excited about. The jewelry selection here is incredible, they have pieces for every budget. I found a piece I really loved, but it wouldn't work with the layout I had decided on. Josh offered some solutions to accommodate that specific piece of jewelry and it turned out even better than I had hoped. Came in a few weeks ago and had SUCH the epic first experience. I just have to say Josh is by far the most pleasant and well mannered piercer I've ever encountered. Everything about my visit was 100%, from the extremely thorough and helpful conversation at the counter to having a needle pierced through my septum. Can't say enough about what a fabulous experience I had here from beginning to end. Came in on a Friday late afternoon to get a nostril piercing and Josh greeted me right away with kindness. The store was quite busy already but once it was my turn he was so helpful and patient helping me pick out the perfect piece of jewelry (they have a GORGEOUS selection) and talking to me about aftercare and keeping the piercing healthy. Jake then took care of the piercing part and was so thorough in explaining the sterilization process of the tools, and was so kind during the whole piercing process. You can tell that everyone who works there has such a nurturing spirit and just wants you to have the best experience possible, both while you're in the shop and once they've sent you on the way. Looking forward to heading back to show them how nicely things are healing, and possibly getting more shiny things added! read more

Okay, let's start with I'm the person talked about in the other reviews. My post was stripped, the jewelry would've fit my post if my other ball hadn't fricked up my post. (Josh had nothing to do with this interaction btw) I did ask if it would really fit, and if we could try it out because i didnt trust the threading of my current labret post. This is where it got confused. She said it would fit and I believe she was just so confident that she told me since they were all 16g that we didn't need to try it out. (she didn't assume my threading was bad, which is fine). I wanted to try it out, and of course Josh would believe his wife over a person who works in a smoke shop. She said she asked if I wanted the to put it in, she gave me my gloves and just said I couldn't change it in the shop, which i understood and left. She tells Josh at this point that i said i didn't have enough time, which is false. I think she felt bad for telling me that we didn't need to try it out. My ball was loose so i came over to see if i could get a new post, then the bad happened! i dropped my jewelry from my lip since my threading was bad! frick! I was very emotional, I was very sad, my $40 opal just fell into a crack in the wall, later they said they tried to vacuum it out, which is nice. Later in the night, i went over to see if i could vacuum the crack it fell in and the other employee said they didn't have a vacuum, I said I have my own and she said she had to ask boss man josh, which i understand. I told Josh this, they probably deal with shitty people all day and he didn't believe my that my jewelry had fallen, didn't believe that i asked if i could try out the fit, and believed his wife over me (as one would). He looked at me and said "Are you calling me a liar?" Of course. I took the loss while being a big baby and bawling over losing $40. I wanted the situation to be done. Friend saw my facebook status ranting. She took it upon herself to review. I didn't talk to her about the situation at all. (I don't write reviews, let alone one bashing my neighboring business because i see them everyday) I just can't believe when i got the text from my coworker that Josh was in my shop asking for my managers numbers because of my friend's review. I was a customer in your shop. They have never come into my shop and bought anything. What their motives are for calling, i wasn't told. I'm not saying they were trying to fire me. TL;DR They're great at the stabbing of people, their piercings and jewelry is of high quality and i understand the fact that CUSTOMERS AREN'T ALWAYS RIGHT. I just feel a lot of emotion over the fact that MY bosses were called over someone else's review and they know it was a bad move. such an odd situation, but it isn't a review of their work. This is a review of how things have been misunderstood and mistreated. You want a good piercing go for it. Just make your review anon, i guess. Found this place on google trying to find piercers near me. Regret it. Waited 3 hours to get taken back. This places needs to have more piercers. It was ridiculous, the women next to me was very upset and inconvenienced as well. All though the woman at the counter said she apologizes for the wait, she gave us a 45 minute max waiting time. LIE. not to mention everything here is extremely overpriced. Went home very disappointed because my septum piercing stone keeps flipping down on impulse which makes it pointless and look wrong, definitely was not worth the $30 service fee for septum piercing and the $45 septum ring that was nothing special just a silver ring with the smallest stone ever. I paid $40 for the nose piercing and $35 for the smallest star? So over priced. Would -5/10 recommend. Although the woman at the counter was great, just over priced, especially for the amount of customers they have. Feeling a little ripped off. read more

This place is incredible-from the moment you first walk in, you feel at home and comfortable. It is very clean and welcoming, and they provide snacks and water. The owners and employees exude warmth and understanding. I walked in for a consultation and did not even expect to be there for more than 10 minutes, but ended up staying for an hour and having a super detailed and informative conversation with Josh, who is an amazing human and great at his job. He is so knowledgeable about piercing and strives to help the customer understand exactly what is going on. He answered all my questions and then some, and did his best to make me feel relaxed and at ease when I was worried about my piercing. He dispelled all my fears and gave me so much in depth information that was also easy to understand. Very professional yet also extremely relatable. I really get the feeling that they genuinely care about each and every individual that comes in. They also have a vast selection of the highest quality jewelry.
