The shop is immaculately clean, bright & welcoming, products are of exceptional quality, and the staff is kind, attentive, informative, patient, & professional. Matt was our piercer, assisted by Kaylee, and he was fantastic. He treated our young daughter with care and kindness, asking permission for each step, ensuring she was comfortable, explaining every part of the process, allowing her to ask questions, and putting her very much at ease. I picked a difficult spot to have my tattoo placed, on my ribcage about 7 inches vertically. It was a fine line tattoo, Keith did such an amazing job on the line work and shading. Got 2 piercings from Danny on one earlobe. I messaged Danny worried the piercing was going to embed…read moredue to swelling and he said no way, and at a consultation said everything would be fine. It ended up embedding. Unprofessional, refusal to fix an embedded piercing unless I paid for it when it embedded by being pierced with too short of a bar, something not my fault.. and both piercings were pierced at improper angles so now I can't stretch my second lobe without risk of tearing. Had to go to a different piercer to fix it who confirmed the bar was short, fixed it up and got me a longer bar for free, and confirmed the angle was incorrect. And way over priced.
