The shop is immaculately clean, bright & welcoming, products are of exceptional quality, and the staff is kind, attentive, informative, patient, & professional. Matt was our piercer, assisted by Kaylee, and he was fantastic. He treated our young daughter with care and kindness, asking permission for each step, ensuring she was comfortable, explaining every part of the process, allowing her to ask questions, and putting her very much at ease.
