I have an extremely bad memory of this store…read more I bought a cardigan but didn't notice that it had a hole on the sleeve when I tried it on. I only noticed it when I wore it the first time. It was a huge hole. I went back to get it exchanged and the Chinese lady refused to. First she inspected every single inch of the top and compared it to the exact same one that was in their store. WTF? Did she think I was bringing her a fake? I felt so insulted. I begged and pleaded and she still refused. There's my $20 down the drain I have not shopped in a Papaya store ever since.
