    Purchased a snowblower in November, started it up today for the first time today (Our first…read moresnowstorm of the year). It started up, but the drive gear never engaged, it wouldn't move. I called Ace Hardware, within 20 minutes Mark was at my house. He tried a few things and it didn't work, he went back to the store, brought back a technician, unfortunately he couldn't get it working. 45 minutes later, they were back with a brand new working snowblower. Everyone was so helpful, apologetic, and reassured me they would make sure I had a working snowblower for the storm tonight. Mark was amazing and was true to his word. Thank you team at Ace Hardware Nashua, I am will absolutely let everyone know how fantastic your customer service is!!! I drove down from Merrimack NH (where I work) to see it and most likely buy it. Walked in the door off school st, looked around. Now I saw to Ace employee's near the check out. One was young, the other older. Asked the younger one that was facing me if he knew where Tricam 2-Step Stool that was in stock was? He looked at me with no reply for about a minute. The older associate that was looking at him said; ' you know where the step stools are, show him'. He brought me to the small area was along a wall. He said: 'here, this all we got and left!'. That pretty much shock me. Well I looked and looked could not see the Tricam 2-Step Stool anywhere that I saw online (showing as in stock at the Nashua Ace Hardware / Pearl st) . So after that lovely customer service experience (not), I decided this a my clue to leave. On the journey to the door, did not see one associate that had a smile, nor any customer connection or follow-ups for any help. I just hopped in my suv in the packing lot across the street and said to my self....I will never never go there again. Funny because the little research I did on the Nahua Ace seemed to very high. Big things on George Katis (owner) and Dave the manager. Some stuff about very good service / helpfully driven there. Well I certainly did not see that, feel that or experience that..... So what will I do? One, share this. Two, I will go the my known good Ace Hardware in Windham NH. Order it and pick it up once it comes in. Also again I have no reason to back to Nashua Ace because of the lack of over sub par service and logistically it is not worth it too. Now please note, I am a very strong supporter of good to great small local businesses but not the ones that don't even try and seem to have toxic atmosphere, pass! Now I do hope others have a better experience then I do at the Nashua Ace. But recommend it, I will not.......Cheers Tom

    This place will never get one red hot cent from my company ever again after the experience I had…read moretoday. They screwed up my order showed up almost 2 hours past the time frame and they missed part of my order. When I questioned the driver about it he gave me attitude and at this point I was pretty pissed off because I was waiting for them to show so I could go take lunch and this jerk off gave me an attitude over it. I said listen I was just asking a question and he snarkily replied I was just answering! At this point I admittedly snapped and said you know what just don't, I did shout a bunch of curses at him as well when he started being a total jerk because I was pissed off at something and I was trying to tell him to stop so I wouldn't snap but the little prick wouldn't listen. So I got pissed off got in my car and drove down here and got the damn thing myself. If you guys can't do your job then I suppose I'll do it for you. Total piss poor customer service and the worst experience I have ever had from a lumber yard. I am truly disappointed because I figured this would be a great new source as a lumber yard but I will never use one of these locations ever again regardless of the town they are in they have permanently lost me as a customer and they can honestly go screw. When I called in initially to be like hey you know my time frame is almost up where's my delivery the woman who answered the phone acted like I was greatly inconveniencing her on a 2 minute and 30 second call. So sorry I interrupted you standing at the cash register playing with yourself all day, freaking please! If I manage this place I would be deeply ashamed and greatly pissed off at the behavior between my customer service reps, and the jerk who delivered my items. So much for professionalism!

My friend recommended kitchen & bath designer Mr. Soni Hanjra from Norfolk Kitchen & Bath, from the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, their service was exceptional. Mr. Hanjra took our vague ideas and turned them into a stunning, functional space that has truly become the heart of our home. The most impressive part of the experience was the clear communication and adherence to the timeline. They provided us with a detailed schedule upfront, and despite the complexity of the project, they hit every milestone exactly as discussed: * Design & Planning (Weeks 1-3): Mr. Hanjra was incredible, helping us select everything from the shaker-style cabinets to the perfect quartz countertops.     My recent experiences with the paint department have been mediocre at best. They are extremely slow…read moreand obviously under staffed. I recently called-in my paint order and still had to wait 45 minutes at the counter to get service on a Friday , just to pick up my paint. To add insult to injury, I spoke up in frustration as a number of people came in after me and were served while I was still waiting. I was basically okay to wait until this happened. My suggestion is for you folks to is use a ticketing system similar to what grocery store deli's use. it's extremely simple...or, the paint department counter person could simply ask "who is next?" Leaving your customer to self-manage when they get service is always bad business.

They also were not installed per manufacturer guidelines in regard to climate control. Yet, somehow what we have is 'normal' though it isn't. We specifically asked when selecting our flooring product what quality we could expect from the manufacturer and if it was worth it to spend more on a more boutique manufacturer but were assured by NWP that the manufacturer was fine and they had no quality issues. Of course, since we constantly felt like we were a burden to the associate helping us at the time maybe they just didn't feel like dealing with us and instead wanted to rush us out. Either way, run far and run fast.
