Watch out for this companies hidden costs. If you can manage to get through there terrible customer service check your bill very carefully!

Wednesday I got a text that it would be delivered between 1 and 5. Got texts through out the day giving me status and how many deliveries were ahead of mine. The delivery time kept getting later and later. Then got a text saying I was 2 stops away. Now first they are supposed to call the day before and 30 min before delivery. I never got any calls at all. So in the mean time i cleared all the furniture unloaded all the food from my refrigerator put it the most important stuff in the few coolers i have with ice a ran to the store for. The text then said i was next and the online tracking then said arrived. But no one was there no truck nothing (now I have been waiting by my door for 90 min. Just in case they got there early. Still no truck then on line it says sorry we missed you!!!!! Omg what the heck is going on!! I called the support line, Briana Was very helpful. She contacted the delivery company If a client is not at home they take a picture of the address to prove they were there. Turns out the picture was of the sky which of course is utterly unacceptable! Guess the deliver guys didn't want to deliver the refrigerator and completely lied about even trying to deliver it!!!??? Complete scum bags. So my 2000.00 refrigerator is now being delivered Monday morning. So now a lost a whole day of vacation. Lost half my food to spoilage probably 150 dollars worth. I had other personal appointments that afternoon I had to cancel with minor financial implications. So now I have no refrigerator for the 4 th of July holiday and am out of pocket another 400 to 500 dollars. Not sure if I will go to small claims court yet but this is beyond unacceptable. Let's hope my refrigerator makes it here Monday. I will never shop at Home Depot again for the rest of my life! Absolute jerks!

This review is about a year overdue! Apologies! I had a problem with my inherited washer/dryer and…read moredishwasher. The washer was leaking; dryer WASNT drying fully & making a noise. The dishwasher was perplexing & had some issues. We were given FAST & dependable service at a more than reasonable price. PLEASE NOTE: he, Taylor, works on (All) foreign and domestic models/parts & pieces! Taylor (& his office coordinator) are extremely knowledgeable & professional from 1st communication ease to fix/repair or the honest truth of your situation. I can attest to the fact that he stands by his work! In the time following one of the repairs (dryer), I thought I was imagining a noise. I didn't want to make him come out again if it was nothing and I waited until the very last minute due to my uncertainty! I called - he came out right away at "my 11th hour" & there actually was a problem. It was NOT apparent when it was originally fixed. No hassle. No grief. Identified the problem & it was repaired with a smile! Another Cycle Appliance is top notch and I would/will be calling them again for ANY issues we, or my family has, in the future. I've also recommended to anyone who will listen. Great experience- slow on my part for gratitude!

They were able to pick it up the next day and did warn me they were about a week behind. There was a little more of a delay but that was because they still had my old phone number listed on their paperwork. Less than two weeks and it's ready. They'll have it delivered on the 5th. Very happy with the service. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the price is a bit high, but it did include pick up and drop off.

My husband, after performing the maintenance on our mower and having it still not start, brought it to Outdoor Power for help. They told him that since he did the maintenance it shouldn't take long to fix it, and it would probably take about a week. Two weeks later we received a call that the carburetor was broken and we needed a new blade, which would take about 3-5 days. Slightly annoyed that it already took an extra week for that call, we understood (being in customer service ourselves) that sometimes things happen and we would wait the 3-5 days. Fast forward and we still heard nothing. My husband finally called up again after two weeks and we were told they were waiting for the blade to arrive from Husqvarna. They said they would follow up with us on when the blade would arrive but never called back. My husband then called the following Saturday seeking an update and was told that there was an issue with Husqvarna and some of the crates never showed up and they were fighting with Husqvarna to get it resolved. My husband called again this past Saturday and we were told they were still waiting on the blade, but had to wait for Aaron Nickerson, service manager, to give us a call back and advise us on the situation. Aaron did call my husband on Monday and said it was out of his control and that my husband should take the initiative to call Husqvarna and complain about Nashua Outdoor Power's order to escalate our situation. At that point a loaner mower was offered to us with no guarantee this mower would be done in time, which my husband declined because we had ordered a blade off of Amazon at that point and it was arriving today. In customer service, why is it the customer's responsibility to escalate your issue? It is very disappointing that this is what was explained as a way to solve our problem after it was clearly being escalated. It is not our problem to solve your distribution issues. Shouldn't that be Aaron's job as the service manager for your company? It took over 6 weeks to get our mower back, my husband ordered a blade to see what would happen and it took a week to arrive to our home. In 6 weeks, what do you think our lawn looks like? It amazes me it took 6 weeks to even be offered the loaner. It cost $180 to get this all repaired and done. The best you could do was $20 off to save the customer. To boot, when the mower was handed over to us, you had placed a large decal of your company on our mower without asking our permission to do so. What makes you think this would be okay after 6 weeks of waiting and clearly the customer wasn't happy? Now we have the annoyance of using all of our goo gone to take this off. We went to your company expecting a premium service, and your service was completely unacceptable. We'll be looking to ordering our parts from Amazon going forward and hiring the neighborhood serviceman to do the work.
