Everything was going well until the person supposedly helping me make it clear that she had little/no understanding of the math necessary to measure the area of a wall. At one point I swear she was just punching random numbers into her calculator, then came up with a number that was about 40% over what it should have been. She didn't know her product lines, was patronizing, and just gave off the attitude that being there somehow interrupted whatever is was that she does when not helping people on the sales floor. At that point I determined that taking my business elsewhere was probably the best course of action. They didn't seem too fazed about that - I suppose it happens frequently.

Recently, I went there to buy a quarter paint to paint some spots on my interior wall, and the shop charged me $37! This is a crazy price! Later, I went to Home Depot, and the quarter paint only costs $14. You can't justify a threefold price by any excuse.
