Breakfast!!! What a great selection on the menu, there was so much to pick from and I even had the option of creating my own omelette. Husband had the red orators with sautéed onions, I had crispy hash browns. They kept the coffee flowing and it was exceptional clean. Lunch was terrific too he had a club sandwich which he couldn't finish and I had the grilled chicken sandwich. He had fries and I opted for sweet potato fries. It was such a yummy lunch. First time here and I have to say that I am glad we stopped in and got a table! The staff here is amazing and have such great service! Our waiter (Nicole) was awesome in helping us figure out what to eat lol... the menu here is simple yet the ingredients are fresh and mouthwatering. Enjoyed a New Orleans sizzling breakfast platter which was served hot and ready. Also had the breakfast quiche with reds! You can definitely tell that all was made fresh! Review after two visits. The first our server was great he may have hovered a little but at least we didn't have to track him down for refills or questions The second visit, the Lord couldn't track her down. I got shoulder spasms waving at her. On to the food... it's good, I mean for a breakfast/lunch diner it fills you up. The beignets are great! I been to this place many times and a lot of times they don't come to the table to see what we need but is ok, I don't mind it as long as they bring our food and they are nice to us. Yesterday we went there in the morning and our server was extremely rude. I told the server we were ready to order and she said she couldn't take our order yet because other people was before us and she could only take the drinks at that time, i said ok I'll wait until you come back, she looked bothered and walked away, when she came back, I asked the server if we can get a coffee with my kids meal and she rolled her eyes and she said she would have to check but she didn't think so, she walked away with attitude again, so I told my mom let's just go since we didn't feel welcome there. When I was walking out, I asked to speak w the manager and the same server was in front of me rolling her eyes and massaging the front of her head, I said you know i can see you every time you are rolling your eyes, she stormed at me with attitude saying that I was getting upset over something that she couldn't help me with because I couldn't make the change and I said I understand that it couldn't be change but your attitude is not customer service. When I was talking to the manager, the server continue to roll her eyes as I was explaining my self and rubbing the front of her forehead. I work in customer service and I would never show that kind of disrespect to the customer. I was not being rude or disrespectful in any way and I don't understand how someone can be so disrespectful and insulting, since she didn't even try to hide while expressing her annoyed feelings towards me and my family. read more

So the hostess sat us down , I asked her for a booth instead of a table and very rudely said " do you want to wait longer " so I ignored her rude attitude . Then when our server decided to show up to help us she didn't Even greet us nor told us her name and also had an attitude . She took our drink orders but she made it obvious that she didn't want to serve our table . So I ignored that also cause I was hungry and so were my kids . Hey first time going to Huckleberry's lots of food and my wife got different platters I'm not gonna tell you what to order but everything I saw was huge to me breakfast and lunch most important of the day so I think you should try it on your own prices weren't too bad people were coming in now I think it's a great location by the way and everybody was very friendly read more

We ordered for the first time and it was a disappointment. We ordered breakfast for a large group and almost everyone had something to complain about. The avocados on the food were BLACK (see pictures). I don't even understand how something so nasty could even make it on the plate! The pancakes were soggy and so were the fries. The waffle was dry, like sawdust. The hot cocoa was really watery so kids wouldn't drink it (and we only got one of the two cocoas we ordered delivered). One order was missing a side of fruit. The California burger was good (we checked the avocado on this burger and it was okay). The steak and eggs were good. Omelettes would have been okay but were ruined by the nasty avocado. Service was fairly quick but I would have preferred to wait a little longer for higher quality. Overall, it wasn't worth it and we won't be going back. read more

The food was delicious as always! However I was a little concerned with how they sanitize the tables... they used the same rag for all tables and immediately sat customers down with no sanitation. During this pandemic that is still very much still going on, I feel like they should still follow procedures and wear masks (vaccinated or not) while preparing our food and sanitize tables AND seats before seating their customers. read more

Thought we would give Huckleberry's a try, I was underwhelmed and disappointed! Tried the beignets, they were dry, not light, airy pillows. Had the strawberry lemonade, it was watered down. Then had the "crepes", they were just pancakes rolled up. They try to list menu items that are not truly accurate. Then, we had 2-3 flies buzzing around us while we ate. I have been very impressed with this place. First of all, it has convenient hours, being open for us early birds at 6:00 a.m. The food is well prepared and ample for the price. The waitresses are some of the most efficient and friendly that I have encountered. The wooden decor is well maintained, and there are a number of semi-private booths in two sections. read more

This was out third trip to Huckleberry's on Wednesday, January 27th and may be out last. We were seated promptly and we made our selections. The waitress was a little hard to understand, but she was very nice. My daughter received her order which consisted of a ridiculously small portion of cold scrambled eggs and waffles . The waffles were tasty and no complaints there. My ham and cheddar cheese omelet was good, but again very small compared to the last one I had there a couple of weeks before . My toast was cold and my fries were limp and greasy. Usually I see a male manager walking around checking on things and he was not there, so maybe that was the problem . I have eaten here 3 times since they opened. Every time they have mess up the order. This last time I waited an hour for my food when they told me 15 minutes. Then they forgot two whole orders of food for my kids and instead gave two containers of nothing but potatoes. When I called to correct it they needed to talk to the manager about it. We arrived at the restaurant at 11:30 and had to wait several minutes while a booth was cleaned. We then waited seven minutes for a someone to appear at our table. We asked for a senior menu and were given their honored guests menu. When our server finally appeared (she never introduced herself), we said we both wanted ice water and were ready to order. Before we ordered, we told her we had a coupon for some complimentary beignets that we would want to go, then ordered the Mississippi Trio (soup, 1/2 sandwich and salad). We asked for mayo on the side and I asked for just iceberg lettuce in my salad. We also asked to be served the soup first. She came back a few minutes later, announcing "bad news - we only have spring mix", so while I don't like cabbage, I said ok. Still no water. Our salad arrived first, with a fork (limp, lots of brown pieces), and still no water. Then we got our soup (much more broth than usual - very little ingredients); still no water. We finally asked the bus person for water. When our sandwiches came, there was no mayo, and the bread was toasted. The menu did not say the bread would be toasted, and the server didn't ask. Eventually, our server came to ask how everything was. Now it really went downhill, when we told her how we felt. She developed quite an attitude and curtly said, I'll get my manager. When she came back she said he was going to comp part of our check, but still didn't address the sandwiches. She seemed shocked when we said we wanted untoasted sandwiches (which, by the way, came with one very thin slice of turkey, and some very limp, brown lettuce). We did get the side of mayo, but I guess we were expected to use our fingers to put it on the bread. After we were finished eating, she amazingly, she remembered about the beignets and we reminded her we wanted them to go. We told her that we had to use forks to apply the mayo, and she came back with two knives (after we had already finished our sandwiches), and pretty much threw them on the table. We had to ask for our check, and when we got it, there was a $4 discount. We went to the front to pay, and the manager was manning the register (no name tag). We tried to explain why we were so disappointed, and he became very argumentative and finally said, "look, I'll just take care of your bill", then pointed out that we didn't deserve the beignets because we didn't order from the regular menu. By the way, he's the one who gave us the senior menu to begin with, but now he tells us they don't have a senior menu. So what was the laminated "honored guest" menu he gave us? I disagree with him on the vernacular - the items on it are not on the "regular" menu, so they are not discounted items. The coupon we had read: 'with purchase of two entrees......not valid with any other offer". We held up our end. We ordered two entrees, and they were not an offer or items discounted from "regular" menu prices - they were just items on a different menu! Needless to say, we won't be back to this location. We've never had a problem at any other Huckleberry's, so we will continue to go to the locations where we have received excellent food and service. read more
