My mom lost a hub cap, and after calling Hubcaps.com, I was told that the OEM replacement ones were out of stock and hard to find. Mind you this is for a 2003 Toyota Corolla. After doing some research and watching videos on their website, I learned that the Factory Toyota ones had a history of having weak clips. I ended up getting a set of the replica hubcaps from Hubcaps.com and they fit perfect. I chose not to order online as their brick and mortar location is less than 10 minutes from my house. It was bordering on cranky and there was no way he could guarantee he could get my hubcap within five days. I purchased a late-model Toyota Corolla back in January that was in excellent condition. However, 3 of the 4 original wheel covers on it were badly scratched / had curb rash, which I find very unattractive, so I decided to replace them. I didn't want to pay the very overinflated prices at the dealer, so I went online to find retailers of reconditioned hubcaps. That's how I found this company's website at hubcaps.com. I found the exact wheel covers I needed for my car, the factory original ones with the Toyota emblem. The prices were half what the dealer charged, so I was really excited when I placed my order online. The website was very intuitive. Basically, you select your hubcap, add the quantity, fill in your credit card information, name, address and daytime phone number and that's it! I placed my order on a Tuesday and received my order (3 Toyota Corolla wheel covers) on a Thursday. By the way, shipping is FREE to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. The wheel covers were reconditioned but they looked like new! :-) I removed the old ones and snapped on the new ones. Now my car looks SO much better! Totally satisfied. I got tired of replacing the expensive Toyota OEM wheel covers on my 2011 Camry and bought the suggested replica wheel covers instead. They were great. My son has a 2010 Toyota Yaris, which are notorious for the cheap hub caps which fall off over time. While searching the internet for new ones, I came across a video from Hub Caps in which a young lady described the exact problem my son's Yaris was having in retaining it's hub caps. In the video, she showed the OEM hub caps from Toyota which had flimsy retainer clips. She then showed their house brand hub caps which had more sturdy clips. I took a chance and ordered the house brand hub caps ($80 for a set of 4) and they were delivered within a few days. They looked exactly like the OEM's except for the Toyota emblem. Went online in September 2011 to order 4 - 1967 Barracuda hubcaps. Called up and ordered. They said they had them and would send to the restorer. I asked for a picture. They promised but never sent one. In October the hubcaps showed up. Nicely done BUT were for a Dodge not a Plymouth. Called them the next day. No problem they would research and advise. 2 months of phone calls, e-mails. Always said they would get back to me. Never did. They said they would send me a shipping label to send back. Never did. Said they found 2 hubcaps in Texas. I said get them. Never did. Finally went to the credit card company for a dispute. They reversed the charge. Now 3 months later, they send me an e-mail and say they are sorry for the inconvenience....! And here is a shipping label to send the Dodge caps back. I ordered my hubcaps through hubcaps.org 's online website. I realized that I ordered 17" instead of 20" hubcaps, so I refused the shipment when I received it. Not only did they charge me a 10% restocking fee, but they ALSO charged me for refusing the shipment. A total of $25+ because I ordered the wrong size and they refuse to refund me anything more. Ordered hub caps for my VW Jetta. Was told they had my order in stock and received e-mail confirmation that I'd get the caps in 4 to 5 business days. I called on business day 6 to find the hub caps and was told the order hadn't shipped - b/c one of the hub caps turned out to be damaged and they were just waiting for a replacement. Was also told that despite the order being so late they were not willing to expedite the shipping. So - I canceled the order. I was told I'd get a refund and my credit card number was taken again to process. I called the next day to confirm and was told the refund hadn't been processed and that they couldn't process until the next day b/c the "refund manager" was out. Really unfortunate experience.
