I just moved to Walla Walla from California, and was seriously craving some good Mongolian bbq. When I found this place I was thrilled that it was open for business during covid! I could not recommend this place more: it was clean and covid-proof, much more so than other restaurants I'd been to during the pandemic. The young man who greeted us and waited our table was so friendly and kind, I felt very welcome in the restaurant. :) The food itself was phenomenal, all of the options were very fresh, and the sauces were flavorful! When I took my first bite it was SO good and I was just so excited; I knew that I would be coming to this place many more times!

Was at the grocery store, picked up my travel sundry items and started thinking about my need for food. I saw the blinking open sign and took that as a special invitation just for me. A grabbed a bowl, not realizing the different sizes. I got the large. I thought I did a nice job filling it, stuff was falling out,but they kept telling me to add more. They pushed the noodles and the veggies. I had a months worth of veggies. I was far too skimpy on the meat. Big mistake. The sauces were ok, nothing special. All in all, not bad. If you go, go MEAT

This place was a an overpriced disappointment. Will not be eating here again, sad to give it one star.

Food is good and as expected, but no eggs. I wanted an egg. Service is great for when you want to just get your food and be left alone.

I saw a few people with the bowls overflowing. This place has a buffet of quite a selection of food to choose from; vegetables, meats, noodles, sauces and seasons. You fill the bowl and bring it to the cook. The food gets thrown onto a circular flat top that the cooks walk around as they push the food around the circle until it is cooked. The food is then placed into a fresh bowl and handed back to you to take to your table. While I was there, I was asked by the cook "hot sauce or not hot?" I stated "not hot"; but while eating, I found the food to be a little on the spicy side anyways. I believe that could be due to the grill having hot sauce poured on it for a previous order. That being said, the food was full of flavors and textures that I got to choose as well; so that in itself is pretty great. The waitress was attentive, however, did bring a cup of tap water after I asked for a bottle of water. Which could have just been a misunderstanding. Other than that I thought she was polite and courteous and fairly quick. I really did enjoy the idea of "all you can fit in the bowl and have it cooked in front of you." It was mildly entertaining and unique. As for decor, I would not call this a fancy restaurant; but I can say in confidence that it is one that you will feel full and satisfied when you leave. I enjoyed it here. Worth the visit.

I recommend putting in a ton sauce before having the grill add more sauce to Keep the noodles moist and flavorful.

Their prices are the best out of all the sushi options in town and quality is top notch. I'm used to the conveyer belt being a lunch thing (great for a quick bite to eat when you have little time). The service is great, I always leave with a smile and money left for the waitress. One last thing, I love the decor and music! Very authentic! Don't let all the negative Nancys shy you away from this place, definitely a sushi place worth your time and money!

There is nothing fancy here, but the food is pretty good. The sushi is well done by the Sushi Chef and I have no complaints there. I am usually troubled by Asian Restaurants that span throughout different regions, but Fusion....that's the point. I think they do well, although I am spoiled with Seattle Teriyaki. It set my bar for Teriyaki and velveted Chicken or Beef is NOT it. Velveting is a Chinese technique and NOT a Seattle-Japanese technique. Their portions are good and they are generous and eager to provide what you need. I always feel welcome and never leave hungry. I am going to try a house specialty now. I've had their Sushi, Teriyaki, Teriyaki-Don Bowls and their Egg Drop Soup. I like it. I go there frequently. I would've given it 4 stars but sometimes I have to get my own Sriracha Sauce or refill my own water. That won't keep me from going back or tipping well. Everyone is nice and well intentioned; just not trained well for true "Full Service" restaurant hosting and service. It's great for families and inexpensive date nights. If you heard it's not good, ignore that. It's just fine. It's a Pan-Asian restaurant with a Sushi Belt-train for lunch and it's worth the $! I'm heading there now. See you in a few minutes! :)
