I paid Pinnacle Tubs Inc. $160 to drain and winterize my hot tub, and I ended up having to finish the job myself. After they left, about 25-30 gallons of water was still sitting in the footwell and seats. That's exactly what winterizing is supposed to prevent. Water left in a hot tub over the winter can freeze and damage the plumbing, jets, and equipment, so this isn't a minor oversight. It defeats the whole purpose of the service. I had to pull out my own wet vac and remove all 25-30 gallons myself. For $160, I expected a thorough, professional job, not a rushed one that left me doing the work I paid them for. I would not recommend Pinnacle Tubs Inc. to anyone who wants their hot tub properly cared for. Save your money and hire someone who takes the job seriously, or just do it yourself. I have attached photos of the half done horrible job this subpar company performed. I will not be returning to this unprofessional company ever again, and I encourage anyone to do the same.

On that day he arrived, he walked us through his process and was very clear regarding his methods and expectations. This was great as it allowed us some structure on our pool start up. During the start up process, he showed up every single day as promised. He was in constant communication regarding the state of the pool and what steps needed to be taken next. Our pool was ready in time for July 4th, and we had a great experience in the pool. Eddie continued to check to ensure things were working properly. On one of the days, I was unsure regarding the use of the in-floor cleaning system, and he guided me through that very well. I called and had another well known pool service company come out. They said pool had a leak and I needed a specialist. Well Jake came out as a second opinion and he was pretty sure from our phone conversation what the problem was and it wasn't a leak. He was right it was a defective back flow valve. He replaced it that same day. He also pointed out some problems with my filter. It had cracks in it due to age and sun exposure. He recommended replacing the old DE filter with a new filter one. No more DE, no more backwashing needed, quicker to clean and cost effective. I was sold and he came back the next day and replaced the old with the new! He is knowledgeable, took time to explain my system and answer my questions. He offered some suggestions which I appreciated. He wasn't a salesman but a friendly, helpful and very qualified pool specialist! He offers repairs or also has weekly service available. I was extremely happy. The cost for the consultation went into the repair which I thought was great. He gave the price upfront and there were no add-ons. If you have problems- this is the company to call!
