After the towe instead of getting my credentials over the phone the dispatcher had someone take a picture of the card itself very uncomfortable with this. The payment hasn't even gone through yet but I am disabling my card and using another one to pay. That is not okay. The receipt I was given was also blank. I took a picture of the original for my record instead of taking it cuase I didn't know if that would cause conflict. I just wanted to get in get my dogs out and sleep it was late 9-9:40 and the car breaking down was already stressful enough.

When I arrived there was nobody there, called the number on the sign and the first words out of their mouth were "Are you paying with cash". Man showed up with a bag of gas-station canned cocktails (actively drinking on the sidewalk), said he was an employee and asked to use my phone to call a different employee who showed up shortly after. The only paperwork they had was a stack of post-it notes that had various tow dates and times. They struggled to identify when my car was towed and how much it would cost me. They came up with a total, and I went to pay and they had no cash for change after they specifically asked that I pay cash. After having to go get change I returned, paid and then they had to send someone to go to a different employee who was at a restaurant to get the gate keys. Once they opened the gate, they said I was good to go. I said that I was not due to my car being parked in behind multiple other cars. They then had to call another employee and bring a tow truck from across town to move the cars, which allowed me to finally leave.
