He was very careful with our very low to the ground car and made sure it didn't scrape the ground or the bed of the truck.. We appreciate that very much since we try to take good care of our cars. Once I contacted FBR, Wayne came out quickly, was knowledgeable about the situation (how to manually engage neutral, how to raise the locked rear wheels, and carefully pull it up using dollies). I took a picture of the original for my record instead of taking it cuase I didn't know if that would cause conflict. I just wanted to get in get my dogs out and sleep it was late 9-9:40 and the car breaking down was already stressful enough.

They told me not unless the friend had my i.d., which they couldn't get, me being 4 hours away. On the 7th day, I got the body shop to request it. They so enjoyed charging: $595 ($85 x 7,) they gruffed that it was all my fault: "I had alcohol in the back seat in a cooler." Then, hung up on me. Rude, ridiculous, unrepentant. Worse than worst.
