I think the fact that this place focuses on reflexology helps significantly with the specificity of their massage. I've gotten the $60 variety massage for an hour special and the $45 for the same. I do prefer the 60 a little bit more just because they spend more time on your shoulders and back! The open floor plan inside feels good and safe but dividers and sheer curtains give you enough privacy. I appreciate it that both masseuses checked in on pressure as they went. On my first visit I had to explain an old injury. Instead of pretending that he understood me, he went and got the front desk clerk and I was able to quickly explain. The whole thing took about 30 seconds, and they made me feel like they cared about my health and comfort with this small gesture. It's efficient, relaxing and clean and I definitely can recommend it!

She took the time to help me decide which service would be best, and we ended up having several great conversations. Since I told her I was new in town on a work trip, she even recommended some amazing local food spots, which made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere was perfect--quiet, peaceful, and filled with relaxing therapeutic music. It instantly put me at ease. I booked the 90-minute full-body massage with Allen, and he was absolutely amazing. He was professional, kind, and checked in throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable and okay with the areas he was working on. He truly got every nook and cranny, releasing so much tension from my body. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. I honestly can't wait to go to sleep tonight because I already know it's going to be the best sleep ever! If you're thinking about booking here, don't hesitate. Please don't sleep on this place--they're phenomenal. I will definitely be back to book with Allen again, and I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for an incredible massage experience. You will not be disappointed!

Depending on the massage therapists, we are able to get our massages done as a couples massage in the same room. The therapists are very strong so don't be afraid to speak up if the massage is a bit too intense at any time! Therapists: all the therapists are so nice and wonderful! You cannot go wrong with who to pick. The lady at the front (possibly the owner?) is always so sweet and welcoming. They offer a variety of massages: deep tissue, reflexology, Thai, chair massage by the minute, etc. and have reasonable prices for them. I decided to treat myself to a two hour massage and was able to get a next-day appointment on their website. The massage studio itself is fairly bare bones: you won't find fluffy robes and sparkling water here. When you arrive they have you take off your shoes and give you house slippers. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The individual rooms are more like stalls in that the barriers between them don't go all the way to the ceiling, so that means you can hear things from other customers, but it's usually not that big of a deal as people tend to be quiet. They offer relaxing music but don't pay for the service so occasionally you have to hear an ad, but you'll be so blissed out from the massage you won't notice it. The massage therapists really know what they're doing. They'll start by kneeling on you (not as creepy as it sounds) and they will really dig into your knots. They're receptive to feedback if the pressure gets too intense or if there are areas you need avoided. You might not feel the effects of the massage right away, but after a good hot shower and a sleep you'll feel far more limber and in less pain. They also offer couples massages for any duo. When you check out they give you a Thai hard candy and a water bottle.
