As a result, I was given an ultimatum to either cancel my appointment or pay full price, despite having confirmed everything in advance. This level of miscommunication and lack of accountability is incredibly frustrating. Customers should be able to rely on what they're told, especially when they take the extra step to double check ahead of time.
