    After a bad experience with another appliance dealer, we stopped by Howard's and weren't disappointed. It was a Monday night around 7:30 pm and we desperately needed a fridge. We had a specific size we needed which only left a handful of choices. We narrowed it down to 2 and the salesperson came over and we started throwing out questions. The biggest ones were how fast can you deliver it and how much? In the case of our 2 choices, they could deliver on Wednesday and it was free. Love that. The 2nd question was on price matching and they still do that within 30 days. The fridge we decided on was found cheaper at a competitor, and after checking with his manager, he was able to price match it. 2nd win. Close the deal. We received a call Tuesday late afternoon telling us the fridge would be delivered between 1 and 3 pm on Wednesday, and they were right on time. The setup couldn't have gone smoother, and we were overly checking to make sure everything worked a little more than most people probably do thanks to our recent bad experience. It's been a week and a 1/2 and we've had no problems with the fridge and are very happy.

    Everything seems to be fine when you make a purchase. My GE ($4100) refrigerator was on back order, over 3 months time period Howard's attempted to deliver my fridge as a brand new but without original packaging claiming that it was open for inspection. Excuse me.....what inspection? All 3 deliveries were unacceptable and got rejected as an open box item. Now is the time when the true face of Howard's service has surfaced. Beware of this place so called General Manager Rudy Melhem, he not only won't help you, but blame you for all theirs screwups. Very unpleasant, unprofessional and rude person. Needless to say they lost the sale and I went elsewhere after 3 months of waiting.

    We have lived in the same home for 26 years. We finally decided to remodel our kitchen and purchase all new appliances. We ventured out to our local Howard's appliance store at the Tustin Marketplace. There we met a very nice gentleman named George Moawad. George is very knowledgeable of all the different manufacturers, and all the things that these appliances can and cannot do. He is very honest and gave us the grand tour from the bottom up. George is friendly, kind and not pushy. We decided on all KitchenAid appliances in stainless steel. With some delays on our part, George always made sure that all of our appliances were ready for delivery as soon as we said the word~go. Thank you George for making our experience a pleasant one.     If you r looking for High-in quality of appliances with best price , you better check out this place located in beautiful city Tustin ! Looking for Peiman he knows all the details of products you r looking for and he is very kind & patience ! And he will try to help you get the appliances as soon as possible . Recommend him to everyone who r going to remodel your house .

    I knew what I wanted and was shopping for the Samsung bespoke refrigerator. I checked everywhere for the best price and service. I thought it was here. They showed me what I was looking for and I ordered it. It came without the colored panels on the front that I had selected (all white). I was told that I did not order those and they would be extra. I don't know why I wasn't told this the day I ordered the refrigerator. So I had to order them later. Now they were no longer the best price over all, but I was stuck. I waited about a month for the panels. That's because they are on back order with Samsung (not Howard's fault). They do care about customer satisfaction and these reviews. So they will respond and help. Their delivery drivers were great. Clean, quick, professional.

He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. What really stood out was that there was absolutely no pressure. He took the time to answer every question and genuinely wanted to help us make the right decision--it honestly felt like talking to a friend. If you're looking for a specific bed and not quite sure what to get, I highly recommend asking for Mike. He'll guide you in the right direction and make the whole experience easy and comfortable.     We had such a great experience with Michael at Sit n Sleep. This was our first stop mattress…read moreshopping and we came in not really knowing what we wanted. Michael made the whole process feel easy, informative, and honestly fun. He had us try their bed machine to match our alignment, walked us through different options and asked all the right questions to help narrow things down. His recommendation on the Casper Snow really stood out. What impressed us most was his level of care. We came in close to closing, and he still stayed about 1.5 hours late to help us without ever making us feel rushed. That kind of service is rare. Huge selection, reasonable prices and they'll match online deals. If you're mattress shopping, ask for Michael.
