In all fairness this is a new menu and according to a previous menu, which still shows up, they had a dish that was grilled veggies and we knew it as Briam, in Greece. Unfortunately, that is off the menu now and we came specifically for that. The problem is I do not eat meat and my wife is gluten free, with Celiac. Upon arriving we asked about this and it is no longer. So, I was disappointed with not a ton of vegetarian dishes with the exception of a skewer that also has onions and mushrooms, which I do not like. There are so many types of veggies and so, they capsule not change the skewer for me. Then, we asked about a Greek style dressing on the salad, and the reply was that it has a balsamic or vinegar type of dressing. So it might be original, it is not what we think of as a Greek dressing that contains Feta for instance. I ordered the Spanik Dip, which is a new sort of item to try for me. We love flavor and this dish was very good! In Greece, many restaurants do not actually understand the idea of flavor and so, they make the dishes boring, or they were mostly like that in our opinion. The menu is not very big and this may have been the issue for me. We also wish that the menu gave a little more info such as that the skewer comes with a side of tzatziki for dipping. The place is beautiful and they sister restaurant is Bosphorous. We had eaten there and it was very good. We sometimes wonder why a restaurant will change a menu when they serve something that is really liked. My wife had the skewers and they were very good as well. I added the Greek fries and I actually had to send them back as they came out overdone and really salty. So, i would say they are still working out the kinks in things. However, even despite that, they usually have a good amount of seating available, even during their lunch rush hour(s). Parking varies pending the location, but there is usually enough. Price points are fine - I mean, it's no steal, and you can probably recreate much of their options for a fraction of the cost, pending where you get your produce. But I digress; I am a Cava fan and will remain one.

I do wish there had been a sandwich-and-salad combo option, especially since it's Florida and 100 degrees outside--hot soup wasn't exactly calling my name that day!
