Gentlemen at the entrance had great recommendations for local places, waiters and bar men at the pool were nice, and I was so surprised by young lady singing during our brunch buffet. We ate at the buffet and that was amazing. So many choices and very affordable. We also ordered room service and that was good too. Pizza was great. Parking is located underground and we felt very safe during our stay. Room was clean and had great view of golf course next door.

They have great room service and we love their eatery. There are nice places to walk nearby or you can grab a cab. The staff is super nice and does speak English. The staff at the Lobby was very kind and accommodating, the service alone has convinced me to return again for future visits. We had dinner to the right of the lobby and ordered the ribeye tacos, & chicken breast with a side salad. We had vouchers for discounted drinks gifted by the hotel and overall I highly recommend it. I'm surprised the ratings are low. If anyone is unhappy with the dinner I highly suggest, ask the staff "What would you order?" My server for dinner was Manuel and all his recommendations are a solid 5/5. It's in the same area near the lobby, not a buffet, sit down with a menu. Breakfast is free with the stay. I also noticed this restaurant makes it a point to serve beverages that are good for your health. Prior to breakfast they served us a warm glass of lemon water before we started our meal. There's also a selection of fresh juices, I selected the green juice; with cactus, pineapple, spinach, lemon water, and yes it had all of that in it. There's other juices available but that seems to be the most health conscious one out of the three. I ordered the Veracruz breakfast and it was absolutely delectable. In the evening I hung out on the 4th floor where they have a nice roof top pool, jacuzzi, bar, garden, etc. They also offer Yoga early morning and provide the mats and blocks needed. I wanted to try it out but it seemed my coworker wasn't interested in any of the activities offered. I wanted to make sure my coworker had a nice impression of our medical visit. I did however order two beds and was charged for a two bed unit online and I have a feeling they thought I was married to my coworker. I did not complain and used the couch instead. I was tired and just wanted to relax. My only reasoning for a 4 out of 5. I highly suggest if you come with someone you're sharing space with to definitely add that in your notes when booking. I was only there for one night and did not want to make a big deal out of it. Additional information: they do offer secure parking and a pass to easily navigate in and out of the premises.

Perla took my call and provided me with amazing customer service. She was very kind and informative and took the time to assist me. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she was able to guide me to their website, which shows the different types of rooms and includes pictures and virtual tours of the rooms. Their Junior Suite is what we picked. It had everything that we wanted and it just so happened to be the one with the biggest square footage (out of the various suites they offer) Came with a King Bed. Living room with a fireplace and directly behind...the beach views!! The BALCONY is nice and big with a patio that was perfect for enjoying a gorgeous sunset over the ocean. Large bathroom with a Bathtub and shower!! And a kitchenette and coffee maker. No AC but a very strong fan in the bedroom area and a ceiling fan in the living room. The patio door is huge and has blackout curtains, but we chose to sleep with the patio door open and it was such a vibe with the sounds of the waves crashing! Beautiful heated infinity pools and jacuzzis! Best part is the drive to Puerto Nuevo for delicious sea food is super close by! Took us like 10 mins! Drove there for dinner and to catch the World Series game (GO DODGERS) Back at the resort we enjoyed some house margaritas that were included with our stay. The breakfast at their restaurant was also such a delight. I would absolutely recommend and return again! Good for relaxing romantic vibes. Their spa offers great value for their services-they have massages and facials. Didn't see any kids during our stay and it was cool having access to their bars and fireplace seating downstairs. Upon getting into my room, it was not very spacious but it was me new, neat, comfortable, and had all the basic necessities. The only thing that could be better is the TV quality, it's 720p with no HD. The breakfast downstairs was one of the better ones, eggs, beans, yogurt, cereal, and 24/7 coffee, cappuccino, and hot chocolate! My friend and I decided to make the time for a stay here. Easy enough we made reservations through Expedia for the hotel stay. We arrived and found a parking lot marked for the hotel. It was gates with a security guard 24/7. I was impressed with the parking situation, it was clean & well lit. Only negative about the parking there is no hallway or connection directly to the hotel. We had to walk around the block. Once we got the front of the hotel we were greeted by a pleasant security guard. The lobby was cool from working air conditioning. It was decorated in what I imagine is what it looked like when it was first operating. As we checked in, I could not stop admiring the look of the hotel all together. We got our keys & proceeded to gather our belongings to go to our room. This where we lost our enthusiasm for this adventure. NO ELEVATOR, weird stair/walkways & non existent A/C in the upper hallways. The room numbers were numbered odd as well. Once we got to the room the AC took a long time to cool the room.
