I like that they have different kinds of merchandise besides clothing & apparel; they also have accessories, home goods, beauty products, and vintage items, etc. Other Urban Outfitters locations may have more selections, and the merchandise may not be out of stock as often. Their prices are not cheap because they focus on a premium pricing model, but some of their designs are unique and attractive.

I like their variety of Loungefly backpacks and they are cool to collect and also can be quite expensive. I also browsed their clearance section which contained a lot of T-shirts, anime hoodies, Sanrio merchandise, and goth-inspired accessories like chokers, jewelry, and platform shoes. Service was good. Some employees are friendly and helpful when it comes to finding sizes or locating specific merchandise. However, a lot of times the prices aren't marked so I had to take it to the register to get the value.

Austin and Cici were both very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Austin took the time to help me figure out which shoe size fit best and was more than happy to go back multiple times to check what was available. Cici helped ring me up and was extremely patient and understanding while I tried to locate a discount I thought I had on my phone. I remembered the kid outfits were at the far-end register from where I checked out, but I remembered after closing hours... on my WAY HOME!
