Came back again for dinner yesterday. Seems like after our last visit they lowered the dinner price from $35 to $30pp. Dinner includes seafood (crab, clam,etc). The meats were super fatty and tough and not super great quality. It's also not that sanitary too because people were picking up dishes and putting it back so they can get the "best one" There is a 90 min dining limit. We arrived at 5:58 and they asked us to checkout at 7:10 and told us we couldn't order anymore. Mind you we still had about 20 mins left! They clearly do not abide by their own policies. When asked, the server told us "we usually ask customers to leave earlier if it's busy". What? Great way to keep customers coming back lol, NOT. Also, their a/c was broken while we were there and it was so hot! No mentions or apologizing of this at all. Clearly customer service is not a priority... Will not revisit and I recommend you steer clear. There are better hot pot spots around. read more

Great hotpot place! Ayce for dinner was $30 and included whole crab, clams, shrimp, fish, and lamb and beef slices as well as a variety of vegetables and canned sodas too. Sauce bar was great too. I loved their appetizers too which included fried buns (my favorite!), fried pumpkin balls and fried rice cake. Sooo good. Value is unbeatable, you won't be able to find AYCE hotpot anywhere in GA for $20. If you go from 11-4 on Weekdays, it's $20!!!! All the options are laid out for you to serve yourself and the meat is in a freezer on the side. They have a pretty good sauce bar and a lot of veggie options as well. The meats they serve is Brisket, Pork belly, sliced chicken, and lamb. All drinks like sodas and waters are included as well!! The only let down for me was the broth, I ordered the pork bone broth and it tasted like water . The golden one was alright, and so was the aromatic broth. They are fine but lack so much flavor. Hot Pot Time located in a very busy plaza with 9292 and super pho being their neighbor. Since they open, my family and I have been frequent returning customer. we sometimes go 2-4x a week. The reason it took so long for this review is because of our busy schedule. I've read some reviews and I'm so sorry some of y'all didn't have a good dining experiences. My family and I lucky enough that we never had bad experiences. It's always the same people that served us and they're always been so kind and nice to us. Their food selection is not as big as other hot pot places, but they have everything that one could ask for. their veggies selections is super good and their seafood is fair as well. Their blue crab has so much egg and their meat is good good. Some people might think because their meat is frozen that it's not fresh. Other restaurants serve frozen meat too; they just defrost it so it doesn't look frozen and make you think it's fresh. Its GA, you won't find much fresh stuff. Again, we never had a bad experience since the first time we came and that's us coming for more than 20x since they opened. We do recommend this hot pot spot to everyone and they all loved it. Was in line as a Party of 5 with my 4 kids (1 adult, 4 kids - 12 year old, 10 year old, 8 year old, 6 year old). A party behind me with 4 adults and a baby literally cut me in line and told the host and the waitress that they were a party of 4 with "just" a baby and they decided to seat them before my party while I stood there with my jaw dropped. Last I checked, 4 adults + 1 baby in high chair is either the same or less than 1 adult + 4 kids. I stared flabbergasted as as the host and waitress rewarded this aggressive group who cut us in line with verbal gymnastics after we were already waiting and had other parties that arrived after us seated before us (parties of 2 and "real" 4 person parties so those didn't bother me as much). Have also been there before where they tried to aggressively rush us out even when we had time left on the 90 min time limit as other reviewers here have mentioned as well. After today's incident, never going back again. We had originally liked going because of their lunch deal special which is definitely a very competitive deal, but in hindsight, several of my kids would always deal with upset stomachs every time we ate there anyways so likely you are getting what you pay for in terms of ingredients. read more

Service was great, the restaurant was clean and they restocked food often. I opted for the lamb base since it's rarer to see. Was great and flavorful. Sauce bar is up to par with others! This is a new hot pot place located in the same plaza as 9292 kbbq. It's AYCE and they have lunch specials from Monday-Saturday. The dinner AYCE was about $35 per person. You can choose from 6 different types of broths and everything else is self serve. There were only 2 types of meats: Beef and lamb. Honestly I was fine with that considering I normally like to eat beef. They had a few seafood options like clam, shrimp and crab. They also had some items that I've never seen in hot pot in GA like pig brain and chicken feet. Not sure if they plan on adding more meat and vegetable options later but they definitely lacked in variety compared to other hot pot places that are around. I got the tomato broth and it was pretty flavorful. Pros: -Clean space -Friendly and attentive staff -Unlimited sodas -The vegetables seem fresh -Nice selection of seafood/special dishes -Tasty broth -Plenty of parking Cons: -The meats are located in this fridge with tongs. However, everyone uses the same pair of tongs and puts it back into the trays of meat which I think is very unsanitary. You can literally see oily fingerprints on them. Everything else is in these dishes. -Only beef and lamb options for red meats. Overall, this isn't a bad place to get hot pot by any means if you only like beef and lamb! There's currently a $20 lunch special that I would 100% recommend for the value and quality of the food. The service is amazing and despite going during the 12pm lunch rush the wait was very small and the interior was packed. Once you get seated you select one of the broths and then you're free to explore the food bars. These include 4 different cuts of meat, unlimited soda drinks, vegetables, select seafood, and a sauce bar! I recommend the beef and lamb cuts in particular for the meats. Came here for lunch around 2pm. There was a long wait even on a weekday, so def come earlier. I would say for the price point this is pretty worth it. There are four meat options excluding seafood. I like that you go and get the items yourself instead of waiting for servers to bring you refills. There were many options to choose from. I got the Szechuan broth and it was spicy and flavorful. The pork broth however didn't have any flavor to it. I also like that you can get unlimited soda/ drinks here. There is also an ice cream freezer with chocolate, vanilla and strawberry options. The service was pretty good and they collect the dirty bowls and plates super quick. I would suggest the host stand to greet guests when they arrive though because no one knew you were supposed to write your name down on a waiting list. All the food option come in small portions so people don't take more than they can finish. Definitely enjoy this idea as there is less food waste. Amazing lunch deal for ayce! I don't love traditional hot pot but this place had some really good broth (I tried the golden pickled broth and the pork bone). The bowls are thoughtfully designed to stack and fit inside this nifty bowl caddy thing they provide, and also the price includes soft drinks and ice cream. The meat options are beef and lamb, which is really all you need for a good hot pot. The space itself is very small, and they seem to put multiple parties at one table, if you don't mind the company. The food options were limited in my opinion. They only have beef brisket and lamb for their meats, but do offer seafood as well. They also only had two options for noodles. I did like that they offer unlimited canned soda and water bottles as a part of the meal, and the broths were flavorful and unique! I don't think we'll be back. Let me tell you about the most baffling and downright rude experience I've ever had at an all-you-can-eat place. My group and I went there specifically because we wanted a spot where we could have a working meeting over a long, leisurely meal. We were seated, got our first plates, and then spent a good while talking and going over notes between rounds--you know, a normal dinner meeting. Out of nowhere, the staff started coming over repeatedly, not to check if we needed anything, but to literally rush us to finish eating and free up the table, even though we were clearly still there as paying customers, not even close to being done. The whole point of a buffet is that you pace yourself, but they acted like we were loitering in a fast-food joint. It was so stupidly short-sighted--they were so focused on flipping the table that they completely ignored the fact that we were in the middle of our meal and would have ordered more drinks and food. I've never felt so disrespected and hustled out the door after paying for a premium experience. We felt treated like an inconvenience instead of guests, and because of that sheer lack of basic hospitality and common sense, none of us will ever go back, and I'll be sure to tell everyone exactly why. read more

They came out as individual pots for each person. There are 6 different broth you can choose from. It's like buffet style where you go and grab what you want to cook in your pots. I prefer these AYCE hot pot places over the ones that are shared with AYCE kbbq. The service was great and the beef brisket - AHMAZING. My kids enjoyed picking up the different bowls of veggies from the buffet bar. We all got the szchuan broth- so good! I really like that it's all you can eat and you can get the food yourself like a buffet. Drinks are included at no additional cost. The quality is decent enough, but not great. My favorites are oysters, sliced lamb, and beef. It's not really sanitary there though. Many washed plates still have food debris on them. This place is very mediocre and underwhelming. It's $34.99 for dinner, but they only have two meat options excluding seafood. Brisket (it was very fatty and tough) and lamb which we don't like. The vegetable options were lacking and they only have two types of noodles to offer, glass and ramen. All the other hot pot places I know in the area charge less or just as much, but have WAY more options to choose from. HQ Bbq is 7 min down the road and offers WAY more for slightly less, and at better quality. You cannot justify the price with the options they give you. I can understand lunch since they got a lunch option, but you gotta make sure to come around 2pm at the latest, otherwise if you're eating past 330 PM they'll charge dinner price. Also, the worker told us that lunch ends at 3-330, but they advertised 4? Also the tongs for the meat stay in the freezer on top of the meat. Since there's only one pair of tongs per meat, multiple people touch them and put them back on top of the meat and contaminate. There's literally finger smudges on the tongs and its disgusting.
