The toppings are things like veggies and noodles. We got some vermicelli noodles and bok choy. There is also a topping/sauce bar where you can make your own creations of things you want to dip your meat into. They have a huge assortment of items to choose from. Things like chili oil, green onions, peppers, gochujang, etc. You can make sauces as spicy as you want. I enjoy some spice, so I made mine pretty spicy. I liked that it was self-serve, so I could go get more as I please. The server was attentive and quick to refill our waters and bring us more items when we asked for them.
