Yes this is my second review for place within the last 2 months but considering I have taken my kids here 7 times during that time I think I earn the extra review. First of all this place is great if you have small kids. It is clean and the tables are spaced out so it doesn't not feel cramp like other Vietnamese restaurant. The foods are good and very reasonably priced. Com tam with 1 entry goes for only $10.99 and 2 entries goes for $12.99. Thr portion is a lot for that price. If you go to any other com tam place around here you will be looking at least $15.00+. The servers are very nice. They are attentive and very professional. Their ordering system is very minder n. They provide you a tablet to order once you are seated and anything can be order from there. They also have the option to order togo items from the tablet. The only bad thing I experience while dinning with my kids today is that the place is very empty. Maybe because of this the other dinners were pretty loud. I don't mind people being loud at a restaurant but their language are those that can be heard in a Vietnamese "Quang Nhau". I hope the owners might know these dinners and can ask them to keep those kind of language away from the restaurants. I felt uncomfortable sitting there with my 7 and 5 years old dinning while the other dinners cussing loudly. Something like that will surely going to turn away potential customer. The drinks are also very reasonable priced. Most are at $2.99 whereas other places will charge up to $4/$5 for the same thing. I hope this place and do lot of business because it is one of my family favorite place to take the kids now. My daughter always order the clamps and my son the com tam with fried chicken. Came during opening week and the food was good. The only thing was the soup was cold and so was the food. It seems like the pre-make the food and have it on the warmer. When we asked the server for more soup and to make sure it's hot and he just brought out another cold soup. Soup tasted great but can't have cold soup when it's supposed to be warm/hot. My boyfriend of pork ribs and that was raw. So they had to make another one for him. The second was still kinda raw still. He just ate the rest of his food on his place. It would of been a 5 start review if the food wasn't cold and service was better. The egg roll was good. Nice and crispy. Maybe we will give it a try again since we live right by them. read more

My husband and I visited this place, we ordered 2 dishes. First they brought out my this I cut the meat and it was still undercooked. We ask them to recook the meat fir me, so they change a different piece for me. They bring out my husband dishes. The meat is way bigger, thicker than mine. My new meat is thin like the wind can flow it a way. By the way, my husband's dish the meat is undercooked as well. The meat was like steam or boiling in water and they just putting it on the grill a little but just to make it look like grilled. For the rice, it is too west, it was like thick porridge. read more

I often eat this dish as this is one of my favorite foods so I was a bit hesitant to try a new location after staying into another restaurant for so long. After looking at reviews and seeing how close it was to me, I decided to give it a shot. What appealed to me is how you're able to select certain amount of items for the rice plates and it was at a reasonable price. I usually end up choosing the pork chop the shrimp cake with tofu skin and the egg cake. When I came home to eat it, I was quite surprised with the quantity of food and how high-quality it was. Everything was very tasty and I was happy with trying this location. The staff inside were very nice and there was plenty of seating if I wanted to eat there. It seems like a pretty modern restaurant and I did enjoy how affordable the food was, around $13.99 for three items. Came during their opening week. The menu was very simple but details, so we could focus on what we want and not wasting too much time browsing. The atmosphere was nice with AC on hot summer day. I'll get the biggest reason for my poor review out of the way, we ordered three plates to go and came home to realize we were not given any Nuoc mam which just ruined the whole meal. How can you have com tom without the sauce luckily we had just enough at home. Everything was cooked well and proportions make sense for the price. The soup was actually very strange, very peppery with a dark profile compared to the normal broth you get elsewhere. This place definitely deserves more recognition! It just opened up by my house and I decided to try it after passing by it so many times and it might be my new go to Com Tam restaurant. Service is very quick and efficient I barely had to wait. I got the Com tam Thịt Heo Nướng (char-boiled pork) and the Tôm Nướng (char-boiled) shrimp and it did not disappoint. People at yelp higher ups should really reconsider who is yelp elite because he has giving false news report on his reviews. It's so bad and it's so funny. The food here was very good. My cousin and I had the 2 topping cơm tấm. I got thịt nướng and tôm, and she had sườn nướng and bị. She thought the food was just like Vietnam, but mine was a bit oily. The restaurant is also very clean and they use korean-style utensils, which I absolutely loved. The service was also alright. Our server was quick and precise. My family and I came in here for dinner on Friday night. The restaurant was mostly empty so we were able to sit anywhere we like. Their ordering system is on a tablet but I believe you can also just order manually with the server. I'm a big fan of com tam and I love that you get to customize what sides and proteins you get. Food was very generous in portion and came at such a reasonable price. We got the butter chicken wings as an appetizer and it was a great indicator of how the rest of the food was going to taste. Water refills came quickly and our server was very nice and kept checking in on us. Their house broth was also magical. I would love to come back here when I'm in the area again. read more

Delicious and authentic com tam! The spot has tablets at each table that you can order from which makes it very convenient. The server was very nice and thoroughly explained everything. The food was pretty decent and portions were fair for the price nowadays. You get to pick 3 meats/sides with your rice. Comes with bitter melon soup on the side and their side of chili is actually spicy unlike most places. The plating...is really big and doesn't seem to be needed. It's most likely done that way since the orders are modular and it's easier on the cook when plating but it takes too much room on the table. My biggest gripe is how loud the inside is. Since the inside is built like a echo chamber with no pictures or items to soak up sound. Everyone talking becomes super loud and makes me never want to go inside because of this issue. If they can fix how loud the inside is and the plating, then this place would be pretty good. read more

The food was delicious and the serving sizes were very generous. I had the rice noodles with charbroiled meat, egg rolls and tofu wrapped ground shrimp. The tofu wrap shrimp cake had a good and generous filling of shrimp and was very tasty. My friend had the broken rice, beef, Chinese sausage and grilled shrimp. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Orders of food were ordered on a tablet and we didn't have to wait long for our food- less than 10 minutes. My wife and I found this place by chance after the gym across the street. Have been going here for months. Consistently great food, great service and very very clean place. Use ipads to order. They only serve chicken pho if you're wanting a soupy meal. You get generous portions and the meat and vegetables are fresh and tasty! The star of the show is their secret sauce (fish sauce) that comes with the dry dishes. *chefs kiss* when you think the dish alone is tasty enough, you add the sauce and maybe a hint of hot sauce (which btw they have different varieties of hot sauces too) ! It complements the food so well! It's definitely a must try even if you feel some type of way about fish sauce. Trust me. It's worth a try!
