Not overwhelming or overstimulating the way most restaurants are typically. I felt I needed to try something other than my typical tikka masala, and the waitress recommended the lamb curry. It came with a generous portion of rice, and we also ordered naan. The naan came out warm and flavorful, and my lamb was sweet, spicy, and delicious. I filled up on rice simply so I could have some lamb left to take home. Otherwise, I would have polished it off very quickly. The water is not iced, which was perfectly fine, as I prefer my water to not be overly chilled. I ordered a mango lassi to finish off my meal and it had a rich mango taste, though was thinner than most lassis I have had. This is neither a positive nor a negative; and in fact, I did manage to drink it all without procuring a stomach ache. So that is a win. Our waitress was attentive, though perhaps not friendly. She took our order correctly and efficiently and split the check for us at the end. I would most certainly return and am eager to try their other dishes.
