BBQ Bacon burger with hot & puff fries
Janae T.

They have so many options to choose from we stood for a bout 5 minutes before we decided what we wanted. It's a small chic restaurant with a few booths and tables. You walk up to the counter and order and if dining in they usually bring the food out to you. I order the bbq bacon burger with H&P fries which is their sauce mixed with cheese and jalapeños. The burger was so good and very fulfilling. I wish the jalepenos were in the side but they added a nice kick to the fries especially with the H&P sauce.

Loaded Chicken over Rice Bowl

My niece found hot & puff on IG and wanted to give them a try. We went on Sunday afternoon and were immediately told they were only offering carry out. We had planned to eat there but had to change our plans. We asked a few questions about the menu and the cashier was very helpful. My niece ordered the mild Nashville chicken sandwich with an Oreo milkshake. I ordered the chicken over rice with no jalapeños and onion rings. We were told it would be a 10-15 min wait. About 5 mins after placing our order the cashier came to say they were out of ice cream but he could go buy some from the gas station if my niece wanted the milkshake. She changed to a regular soft drink. The onion rings were $5.99 I believe and there were exactly 6 small onion rings in the box. My chicken over rice was a large portion but it's very spicy, even without the jalapeños. My niece said her sandwich was spicy even though it was supposed to be mild. She also said the chicken breast was about 1/2 the size of the bun. We agreed that we won't be back.

Took me 45 minutes to get my food, it was cold because they didn't call my name and it was equivalent of a concession stand

Excellent food and not too busy on a Friday night. The food was very savory and tasty. It ranged…read morefrom mild to medium spicy. Service was quick and attentive. All the food items turned out to be excellent and enjoyable. Portions are generous, and they really take pride in their food. The quality was very high, and the cuts of meat were flavorful, soft and tasty. Everything was cooked in a unique sauce and mixture of spices. Highly recommended.

Good food, good service and good atmosphere. What else can you ask for?…read more In town on business, a couple of us wanted to check out Himalayan Flames based on reviews we found. We were also looking for vegetarian options for a colleague that I was with. In a cool part of town, Himalayan Flames is right in the middle of a bustling area full of shops and restaurants. On this particular weeknight, the area was fairly busy. There's some parking on the street but there's also a huge parking lot behind the block that Himalayan Flames is on, so go on back there and find a spot. There are signs on the back of the building you guiding you to a back entrance which leads to a number of different businesses. You'll find the entrance to Himalayan Flames towards the front of the building. We were seated right away and began browsing the menu. Not a huge place, but cozy and nicely decorated. Cool vibe. I opted for the Lamb Korma and Garlic Naan bread. Outstanding on both fronts. The Lamb Korma was full of flavor and perfectly spiced for my taste. I forget the spice level options, but go with what you know. Whatever I asked for was perfect. Lamb was tender and tasty. Combine that with the edible scoop that you can make out of the Naan bread and you're set. Would I go back? Without question. I highly recommend giving Himalayan Flames a shot and check out their flavor filled menu with options for everyone. We were impressed and hopefully you will be also.

Let me tell you this. This place doesn't sell sandwiches. It sells SAMMICHES…read more From Urban Dictionary, a sammich is not just a sandwich, it is not just a meal. Sammich is a term reserved for only the holiest and mightiest of all sandwiches. Sandwiches make a good snack, but sammiches are forever. Sums it up perfectly. The Ontario sandwich is quite possibly the best sandwich I've ever had (in recent memory)! I am so glad I accidentally wandered into this spot. I was visiting the Arab American National Museum down the street and wanted to grab a quick bite and I didn't want McDonald's or Burger King. I thought...hmm a sandwich shop. Let's just grab a quick bite. I didn't know what to order so I ordered the Ontario and an iced caramel latte. Once the sandwich came out I thought," Hmm looks good." Then I took a single bite and OMG. The toasted crunch, the chipotle sauce, the perfectly sou vided chicken breast, and melted cheese...it was just an explosion of favor! The French fries were perfectly done and had a good crisp. The spot is quiet and comfortable. I could see myself coming back to enjoy a slow afternoon while eating a godly sandwich.

This is first time I've seen or tasted a strawberry latte... it's pretty interesting. My grandma got the strawberry mango fusion refresher which was really good. No issues with service. The food came out in a timely manner and our server was polite. It's also cute and simply decorated. Nice place to come to.

One guy seated at a booth on the phone and two ladies with their suitcase at another booth. Other than the 3 people, place was empty. Ordered carry out. crushed lentil bowl, chicken kafta, two sides: small hummus, small baba ghanouj, large fattoush salad with no pita. $38.13 Food takes about 15 minutes to be ready. Drove all the way back to the office. My chicken kafta looks to be lamb, not at all what I ordered. My large fattoush is covered in pita chips. Had to spend several minutes getting every pita chip out of the salad. It's good I am not allergic to gluten. They shove the dressing packet in the corner of the salad, so you get a bit less, that and the pita chips. Other than that, the salad was fine. I am quite disappointed the order is not right! The crushed lentil soup has a lot of rice in it, which is just filler to me. Has some clumps of something, may be rice and starch? It's too inconvenient to drive all the way back. Do be sure to check your carry out order before you leave the place. The crushed lentil is quite bland, not much flavor to it. Tastes some fennel, quite a few clumps of starch. The soup is more rice than lentil. I could count on one hand how many traces of lentil was in my bowl of soup. What in the world? My husband ate the lamb kafta, since I don't eat red meat. He said it was so-so, but rather dry.
