I had never been or heard of this place, HOWEVER I love the concept! So when you walk in - you are greeted by the cashier. They provide a bracelet and ask how much would you like to put on the bracelet? Once you pay, they load your bracelet with the funds and then you are free to drink! They have beer, cider, and wine - no liquor. They also DO NOT serve any type of food, but there are plenty of restaurants in very close proximity. If I am not mistaken, you are allowed to bring food in...Anyhow, you find the drink you want, scan your bracelet, and then fill you glass! Just that simple. The name and price will be displayed on the screen for whatever drink you decide on. Each drink gives the ounce that will be provided for that drink. Check them out! The employees are really helpful & it's just a all around good time. HAPPY DRINKING!!!

It was packed in Asheville, so my experience was rushed, but I remember having a great hazy and I loved their brand stickers (Cornholio and a zombie looking Bart Simpson) . Fast forward 4 years and I am in Durham on a random weekday afternoon. My buddies and I had the place to ourselves. This time I was able to get a flight. The lovely new bartender recommended the Absolutely Extraterrestrials Mexican Stout that had an ABV of 13%! I think she was trying to get me drunk! Anywho, I also got the Kolsch and 2 IPAs on the flight. They were all great but the stout (absolutely delicious and complex) and the Love Computer DIPA were my favorites. Dssolvr didn't have food and no food truck when I was there but there are plenty of places in the area. The beer is phenomenal and I wish we had time to get another flight to try more. However, Durham has a lot of breweries for such a small area, so we had to hop around. Any brewery hop in Durham or Asheville has to involve Dssolvr.

Parking is a bit of a mess in the area with ongoing construction and a lot of apartment complexes where it's unclear if they offer parking to outside visitors. I ordered a flight, but was disappointed that a new beer they'd advertised on their social was only in cans and thus unavailable (perhaps clarify this in your post). They have a good sized collection of different styles. However, the "Wanda" (supposed to be like a Wendy's frosty) was terrible...watered down chocolate milk. You can never go wrong with their PB&J sour.
